While several Hashira develop strong bonds and respect for Tanjiro, Mitsuri Kanroji (Love Hashira) shows the most overt affection and admiration, often complimenting him and getting flustered, though she loves someone else; however, in the manga, Tanjiro ends up marrying Kanao Tsuyuri, a near-Hashira who shows significant romantic interest and courage for him.
It's between Giyu and Rengoku. Giyu put him on the path of becoming a demon slayer, and Tanjiro undoubtedly holds a lot of admiration towards Giyu. Their bond was understood to be so strong by Ubuyashiki that Tanjiro was appointed as the only individual to help Giyu overcome his own mental weakness.
He adores Rengoku more because he sees himself in him. Rengoku is his number 1 rolemodel throughout the show. It's less about how strong the connection between the 2 of them is and more about what Tanjiro sees in him.
Tanjiro and Kanao would eventually marry and start a family, having two great-grandchildren by the names of Kanata Kamado and Sumihiko Kamado between them.
Sanami absolutely hates Tanjiro for getting on his nerves and bringing his demon sister to the core. Muchiro doesn't like when Tanjiro repeatedly drags him into emotional stuff and he just wants to zone out. Kiyu is the Hashira who loves Tanjiro the most and has no harsh feelings towards him.
The only canonically LGBTQ+ character in Demon Slayer is Suma, one of Tengen Uzui's wives, who is confirmed to be bisexual and polyamorous in the series' databooks, showing affection for both men and women, including Tengen and her fellow wives, Makio and Hinatsuru. While other characters like Mitsuri are speculated to be queer, Suma is the sole officially confirmed character, with her relationship dynamic highlighting both bisexuality and polyamory within the Demon Slayer Corps.
Sanemi and Obanai rank low as their actions and abrasive personalities make them less likable.
He is shown to care a lot for Tanjiro, which is further seen when he becomes greatly angered when Akaza attempts to kill Tanjiro, losing his usual stoic demeanour and jumping in to protect him from the Upper Rank.
Tanjiro Kamado
His kisses are usually placed on your lips and forehead. Because he is young and inexperienced, he's still not down for french kissing and whatnot. He also likes tightly hugging your waist and pulling you closer to him when you kiss.
Tanjiro Kamado is the heart and soul of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. This kind-hearted and determined boy embarks on a perilous journey to avenge his family and save his sister, Nezuko, after a demon attack devastates their lives.
Muichiro also appears to be evidently biased towards Tanjiro after his battle with Gyokko in the Swordsmith Village, as his cheerful demeanor when around him was replaced by a cold indifference when around other Demon Slayers.
Fun fact: nezuko's favorite hashira is sanemi.
Why is the wind hashira acting so harsh towards Tanjiro?! Because he's a goody two shoes. in sanemi's eyes, tanjiro is harboring a demon which he thinks deserves death. he doesnt care that Nezuko is a "good demon" because he still doesn't trust it.
Considering the official storyline, Akaza is stronger than Tanjiro alone during their fight. Tanjiro alone does not win against Akaza; it requires a team effort to defeat him. Therefore: In a one-on-one fight, Akaza would most likely win.
Zenitsu Agatsuma
Zenitsu crushing on Nezuko. Upon seeing her for the first time, Zenitsu falls in love with Nezuko at first sight. She apparently views Zenitsu as a "weird dandelion" and did not initially seem to reciprocate his feelings.
Zenitsu Agatsuma harbors deep feelings for Nezuko Kamado, having fallen in love upon their first meeting. His affection is openly expressed, and he instinctively protects her.
Tanjiro leaps into the air towards Gyutaro and attempts to decapitate him, but is seemingly stabbed through the jaw by Gyutaro's sickle.
Shinobu Takatsuki (高槻 忍, Takatsuki Shinobu) is a gay character from Junjou Romantica.
Both Obanai and Sanemi have poor social skills, so they mistook Giyu's highly introverted behavior as arrogance, which made them dislike him.
Akaza smiled at Tanjiro and probably Giyu too since the shot before that, Tanjiro pushed Giyu away from the range of Akaza's attack. Akaza is genuinely relieved these two are actually alive and he developed genuine respect for them both for their strength.
There's no single "worst" character, as it's subjective, but top contenders for hated or disliked characters often include the sadistic demon Doma (Upper Rank Two) for his cruelty and killing of Shinobu's sister, Muzan Kibutsuji for being the source of all evil, and sometimes Kaigaku, a traitorous Demon Slayer, with some viewers finding Zenitsu annoying due to his constant screaming, though many defend him.
By the end of the manga, only one Hashira survives and lives a full life: Tengen Uzui, the Sound Hashira. The rest meet tragic ends, either in battle or due to the toll of their Demon Slayer Marks.
Giyu Tomioka - One of the most boring and annoying characters in the series. His design is basic, his personality is basic, his role in the story is basic, and even his breathing style is basic.
