The class of angels often described as having many eyes are the Thrones (also known as the Ophanim) and the Cherubim. Seraphim, another high-ranking order, are also sometimes described this way in certain traditions.
By some, the seraphim are equated with the ophanim, which may be rendered either 'wheels,' or 'many-eyed ones. ' And since they are all eyes, they can perceive true beauty.
They believe that name "Michael" signifies "One Who Is Like God" and that as the "Archangel" or "chief or head of the angels" he led the angels and thus the statement in Revelation 12:7–9 identifies/refers to Jesus as Michael.
Dumah is a popular figure in Yiddish folklore. I. B. Singer's Short Friday (1964), a collection of stories, mentions Dumah as a "thousand-eyed angel of death armed with a fiery rod or flaming sword". Dumah is the Aramaic word for "silence".
As with all archangels, Ariel is sometimes depicted in male form; she is, however, more often seen as female. In art, Ariel is often depicted with a globe representing the Earth, or with elements of nature (such as water, fire, or rocks), to symbolize Ariel's role in caring for God's creation on Earth.
In the novel, Gabriel is depicted as a female angel with immense angelic beauty, and is given the titles of "The Strongest Woman in Heaven" and "The Most Beautiful Woman in Heaven".
Attributes of the Angel Uriel
In illustrations, Uriel often holds a book or scroll in his hands, signifying his connection to wisdom. Further, a flame or image of the sun in an open-palmed hand represents his carrying the divine truth of God. Some sources also assign the colors red, yellow, or gold to Uriel the angel.
According to Islamic tradition, Muhammad met the angel Maalik during his heavenly journey. Therefore, Muhammad arrived in heaven and all the angels greeted him with a smile except Maalik.
The title of satan is also applied to him in the midrash Pirkei De-Rabbi Eliezer, where he is the chief of the fallen angels, and a twelve-winged seraph. According to the text, Samael opposed the creation of Adam and descended to Earth to tempt him into evil.
Azrael is the name given to the Angel of Death. The Angel of Death appears in numerous religious texts. In the Quran, he is referred to as Malak al-Maut, and in the Zohar, he is called Azriel. Sikh scriptures use the name Azrael, while the Bible does not use a name for angels that cause death.

Are Seraphim Good or Bad? In the biblical tradition, Seraphim are firmly associated with the divine realm and portrayed as beings who serve in the immediate presence of God. Their role in Isaiah 6 is one of worship and purification, not opposition or rebellion.
