Often used in asana practice as a focal point, the third eye chakra is believed to control your intellect, intuition, wisdom, and spiritual power. According to this belief system, an open and balanced third eye chakra allows you to notice the connections in this world and beyond.
The third eye chakra witnesses the “internal screen” where memory and fantasy, images and archetypes, intuition and imagination are displayed. From this, we create meaning and consciousness to everyday life. The third eye chakra is our gut feeling, our inner teacher, and our strong intuition.
Your strongest chakra is the First Chakra, or the Root Chakra, which is located at the base of the spine. This chakra is all about connection to the earth, from establishing a deep sense of physical body to understanding the environment that surrounds you.
The crown chakra, or sahasrāra chakra in Sanskrit, is known as “the bridge to the cosmos.” It is the most spiritual in nature of all seven chakras. Located above the crown of the head, it acts as the individual's center of spirit, enlightenment, wisdom, universal consciousness, and connection to higher guidance.
The Crown Chakra (Sahasrara)
The crown chakra, Sahasrara, meaning “thousandfold” in Sanskrit, is located at the very top of the head and is associated with intelligence and bliss.
The animal designated to represent the Svadhishthana Chakra is the Crocodile. It symbolises laziness, insensitivity and the danger that slumbers in this Chakra.
Of the basic chakra natures, Wind is the rarest of the five. Those who can use it, however, are able to slice through anything.
1 Ino Yamanaka
She's a member of the Yamanaka Clan, which is one of the most famed clans of the Hidden Leaf. Like other members of the clan, Ino specializes in the Mind Transfer jutsu. Ino falls short when it comes to chakra reserves. In the Databooks, she scored a measly 2.5 in stamina.

Your Third Eye Chakra is situated just above your brow in between your eyes. It is the source of all of your intuition and wisdom. It is linked to your spiritual connection, imagination and clarity. If it is blocked, you may experience feelings of indecisiveness and insecurity also, overthinking and worry.
Solar Plexus Chakra
The solar plexus chakra is located in the naval. It controls clarity of the mind like will power. Signs of off balance could show up in a person as low confidence or as issues with power and self-esteem.
Sacral Chakra – This energetic center is located inside the pelvis and is home to the energy of emotions, creativity, and sexuality. Blockages here can relate to anything from depression to addiction and general emotional instability.
People tend to hold their traumas in the Manipura chakra.
Third eye or brow chakra
Its color is indigo or blue-purple. The throat chakra contains your dreams for your current life and recollections from past lives. Blocking the throat chakra may lead to mental rigidity, lack of foresight, depression, and selective memory.
Ajna chakra (third eye chakra)
Out of balance – Lack inspiration and imagination, or overactive imagination, lack of intuitive guidance, feel brain fog or sense of disconnection. Affirmation – “I trust my intuition. I am open to inspiration.” Poses – Balancing poses or balasana (childs pose).
Cursed energy gives the user a unique skill set that they can then gently expand upon, but it's nowhere near as versatile as chakra. Chakra can be shaped into many different elements and used in jutsu that are both useful and powerful.
Known individuals that can do so are: Yoroi Akadō, Jirōbō, Kisame Hoshigaki, White Zetsu, Black Zetsu, Madara Uchiha, Obito Uchiha, Fūka, and the Ultimate Summoning Beast.
Wind type chakra is strong against lightning because attacks it is a natural electrical insulator but weak against fire because the flames are fuelled by air itself. Wind Release can be used in conjunction with Fire Release to augment the strength of the fire technique displayed with Naruto Uzumaki and Sasuke Uchiha.
The 2nd and 3rd Tsuchikage are the only known ninja to have ever used Dust Release, which makes it the rarest chakra nature in the series, but it also happens to be extremely powerful.
1) Naruto Uzumaki
He developed the Rasenshuriken, one of the strongest Wind Style Jutsu. It is capable of damaging an opponent at a cellular level, inflicting massive damage on them, and tearing up their chakra network.
Everyone contains chakra, but no one knew how to use it. When Kaguya consumed the fruit, she became godlike with excessive amounts of chakra. She then gave birth to a child, who was born into the world knowing how to manipulate it. From there on, the Sage of Six paths taught others how to manipulate it.
