Average breast size is largely C Cup, as it falls somewhere in middle of A, B and D, E, F sizes. Women had a similar opinion, with more than 60% voting in favor of C Cup as the ideal boob size.
What is the best boob size? When our participants were asked what their ideal breast size would be, the C cup was considered the most popular, with 39% choosing it above other sizes. In second place, was the D cup, which was the first choice of 29% of people who completed our survey.
Globally, a natural female breast has an average size somewhere between a large "A" and a smaller "B" in the US size system. According to European or Australian classifications, this would be a "B".
And when it comes to 32B bra size, it is on the small side of average. "B" cup is considerably small than average, and it is considered being small bra size. 32 is the band size which is the measurement around your chest, under the breasts where the band of the bra sits.
Contrary to popular belief, a C cup is not a large size. It is the most common size among women who have breast augmentation or breast implants. Having a larger chest isn't ideal for women since it can affect their posture and cause shoulder and back pain.
If C cups are the midpoint or medium breast size indicator on the cup size scale, then D cups mark the transition towards larger breasts and DD cups are the exact opposite of A cups.
A 32C is one cup size smaller than a 34C. That also means a 34 is two cup sizes bigger than a 30C, and so on.
Since 32c is a medium bra size; there won't be much problem with saggy busts due to heaviness.
For less than one inch you are a AA cup, for one inch you are an A cup, for two inches you are a B cup, for three inches you are C cup, for four inches you are a D cup and for five inches you are a DD cup.

The first tip to make your breasts look bigger is to get tops or shirts with horizontal lines. This is because horizontal lines add width or breadth to your body, thus making your breasts look bulky and big. Just get any top or shirt in horizontal stripes and you will see the difference.
1: Illusion of a Smaller Waist
A study showed that women who had implants had smaller waistlines than those women who did not have breast implants. Implants make your body think it is getting more fat than extra breast tissue. Therefore, your waist is proportionally smaller.
The volumes will vary if you are larger compared to women who are smaller. But for the average sized women with normal measurements, the C cup implants are between 300-400 cc. The 300 and 325 cc volumes can be thought of as small C cups. The 375 and 400 cc as large C cups.
The 34B size is considered a medium-sized bra. It's not too big or too small, and it fits nicely in the middle of the scale. It's no secret that finding the perfect-fitting bra is a major challenge for many women. And if you're among the 34B crowd, it can feel downright impossible.
Skin Abrasions and Chafing
A bra that is too tight can easily cause skin abrasions and chafing from the constant rubbing against your skin. You may see red lines anywhere the bra falls, including your overbust, underbust, back, or shoulders.
Actresses Alexandra Daddario, Debby Ryan, Jennifer Lawrence, and Sydney Sweeney are among the famous people with a 32C bra size. Singer Britney Spears, YouTuber Carli Bybel, model Gigi Hadid, and socialite Khloe Kardashian also wear 32C bras.
It is less common to find your size in some lingerie stores and intimate apparel departments because of the tendency to only stock “core sizes” — which in bands means 32–38. There's just so much physical space to display all the bra sizes out there—which can run from 28–56 bands and A-N cups!
Regarding sister sizes, yes size 34B and size 32C is bra size equivalents. 34B and 32C are the same exact cup sizes, the only thing that changes is the length of the band.
A 34C and a 32D are actually the same size cup size. Do men know this? Do all women know this? A 34C and a 32D are known as "sister sizes" which means that the cup will fit the same amount of breast tissue and the same applies for their other "sister sizes" of a 36B, 38A, 32D, 30DD, 28E.
An obvious sign that the cups are too small is if the underwire presses in at the sides of the breasts or if you have red marks on your breasts when you take your bra off in the evening. The underwire should enclose and cradle the breasts; it shouldn't pinch anywhere. If it does, you need to go up a cup size.
To determine the cup size:
Example: if your ribcage measurement is 31, and your bust measurement is 37, your bra size is a 34C: 31+3=34, so 34 is your band size. Since 37-34= 3, you've got a C cup.
