If you don't, he's at a place called Parker Laboratories just west of Fall's End. As always, watch for cultists as you approach — there's a spot right across the street where a couple tend to hang out. Larry is Hope County's version of a mad scientist.
Just west of Fall's End in Holland Valley is Parker Laboratories. Head there and talk to Larry Parker who'll be stuck in the middle of some sort of machine. He'll ask you to turn off three generators around his house - you can find them by following the blue cables coming from the machine.

The Magnopulser is a special weapon in Far Cry 5. The weapon is obtained by helping Larry Parker in Holland Valley. After you finish Out Of This World, the Magnopulser will drop in his electrical cage and be available in all weapon shops, under the special category.
After you reach level 20 and the ship crashes, travel to the location on the map above and enter the small cave entrance. The crash site is directly north of Vault 81. You'll find a single Alien enemy inside the cave, and you have to defeat it to loot the Alien Blaster off its body.

just head to this location on the map and approach to discover the Hideout. It is situated on the guerrilla trail in the area east of Verdera and south of Palma Forest. Once you arrive, if you've completed all the above steps, you should see this beautiful Angelito sitting near the hideout.
Ultimately no. You can evade them briefly and even defeat them, but they'll just keep coming. By about the third capture party you'll get blindsided with a bliss bullet/arrow out of nowhere and the enemy NPCs won't actually spawn in until you're on the ground and about to black out.
Find Tracey
Once you're out of the vent there will be an enemy straight ahead who you can take out from behind before getting a look at the cultists below. There are two hostages in the center as well as Tracey in a prison room so if you want to save them all you'll need to do this quietly.
