There's only one waterfall near Springvale. Teleport there, and climb up the cliffside to grab this hamper. It contains: 20,000 Mora.
Travel to the teleport west of the Dawn Winery. Follow the main road east, which leads towards the Winery. The hamper is located to the right and slightly behind the Dawn Winery sign. From the seventh Fecund Blessing location, travel right and cut through the vine fields.
This one is left by Klee in a broken cart near the Statue of the Seven in Starfell Lake. After teleporting to the statue, look to your southwest, and you'll see the cart in the distance with the chest beside it.
