Soul of Light is a Hardmode crafting material dropped by most enemies killed in the Underground Hallow (in the Cavern layer) with a 1/5 (20%) / 9/25 (36%) chance. This also includes enemies not native to the biome such as Granite Elementals.

Any mobs (i.e Skeleton Archers, Armored, Heavy, ect.) that wander into the Underground Hallow can drop Soul of Light. (Same applies to Underground Corruption.) The drop rate for Souls of Light are 1/5 or 20%, and in Expert Mode it is 1/3 (33%).
How to get wings in Terraria. Before you can start your ascension, you must first set your game to Hardmode, as these items are exclusive to this setting. Simply, you get Terraria wings by crafting them: For instance, you need 20 Soul of Flight, ten feathers, and 25 Souls of Light for the Angel Wing.
The Soaring Insignia accessory can be paired along wings and rocket boots to grant infinite flight time.
The mounts that already grant infinite flight still have infinite flight. The Soaring Insignia is not a wing-type accessory and does not inherently grant the ability to fly. The player must equip it alongside wings or Rocket Boots in order to receive its infinite flight time bonus.
The Celestial Starboard is the best Wing accessory in the game. It is only dropped by the Moon Lord in Expert Mode, which also makes it one of the hardest accessories to acquire in Terraria 1.4. It can hover, it has the fastest movement speed and the highest flight height.
Wyverns will only spawn when the player is above a certain altitude (see Space § Notes). Outside of the Crimson, Corruption, and Dungeon biomes, and except during events, having at least one NPC near the player will also prevent them from spawning.

The Terraprisma is a Hardmode, post-Plantera summon weapon. It spawns a copy of itself that rapidly attacks nearby enemies. It is a guaranteed drop from the Empress of Light when all damage dealt to the Empress occurs during the day.
It has a 100% drop chance from the Empress of Light if all damage was dealt in the daytime (4:30 AM to 7:30 PM).
Moon Lord is the hardest boss undoubtedly within Terraria. This boss is considered as a Hardmode boss that occurs post Lunatic Cultist.
The Puppy is the rarest available pet in Terraria. It drops only during the Christmas season. There's a 1/417 chance of The Puppy pet dropping from a Present. The Presents are a 1/13 drop from enemies.
Wyvern Milk can be found from knocking out Female wyverns. Each Female no matter the level will produce 5 milk which spoils in 40 minutes on a creature. On hand however it takes 5 minutes to spoil so make sure to use it quickly.

If you use the deadon's healing ability you can raise wyvern without any milk!
The best blade. So, TL;DR – the most powerful sword you can craft is the Zenith. What is considered to be an amalgamation of many cool swords from throughout the game, Zenith is one of Terraria's best weapons and obliterates any enemy with ease.
Solar Flare is the best armor in the game in terms of defense alone. The only way to craft it is with Luminite bars that are dropped by the final boss and Solar Fragments which are dropped by the pillars you get before the final boss.
Drill - Drill Containment Unit
It's worth it though: this infinite-flight mount is the fastest method of mining blocks in the entire game.
Once you've unlocked Hardmode, there are multiple types of wings you can create, but the easiest ones to make are the angel wings and demon wings.
We cannot create enough lift to overcome the force of gravity (or our weight). It's not only wings that allow birds to fly. Their light frame and hollow bones make it easier to counteract gravity.
