If God wants you to be with someone, he makes sure you are spiritually compatible. For he has a good plan for us, he does not lie. Anything he plans for us is a perfect plan.
He loves us and wants to lead us when we seek His will and His way. You can know that God is leading your decisions if you have sought His direction in prayer, have looked to His word for guidance, have tuned your ear to the Holy Spirit, and have sought the wisdom of godly people.
John 15:12: My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you. Luke 6:31: Do to others as you would have them do to you. Corinthians 16:14: Do everything in love. Proverbs 17:17: A friend loves at all times, and a brother is born for adversity.
If you read through the Bible, every author knew the Lord uniquely and the Lord spoke very plainly to and through each one of them. We are the benefactors of their intimacy but the Lord wants each one of us to cultivate our own personal relationship where we hear His voice and interact with Him.

To love others is to serve them. You love others when you do things for them without expecting anything in return, things you may not like to do, and that will cost or inconvenience you. There is no love without service. Jesus said He came to serve others (Mark 10:45).
It is through prayer and trust that we can find God's plan for our lives and know who He has chosen as our perfect fit. With God's guidance, we can trust that He will lead us to the right person at the right time. Trusting in His divine plan for our lives is the key to finding true love and a lifelong partner.

They apologize when necessary and find ways to resolve an issue, reconnect, and move on. If you feel safe, listened to, respected, and loved in your relationship—in and after an argument—you've probably found a good match.
John 13:34. "A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another." The Good News: We must always remember to love each other just as much as God loves us, which is unconditionally.

You know he is the one spiritually when you feel like you can be yourself. There is no pretending or masking your real emotions. They support you, help you grow, and you have the same goals for the relationship. It's as if the two of you are in sync with each other.
Yet Jesus also said, “I give you a new commandment: love one another. Just as I have loved you, you must also love one another” (John 13:34).
When filled with God's love, we can do and see and understand things that we could not otherwise do or see or understand. Filled with His love, we can endure pain, quell fear, forgive freely, avoid contention, renew strength, and bless and help others in ways surprising even to us.
The phrase "one another" is derived from the Greek word allelon which means "one another, each other; mutually, reciprocally." It occurs 100 times in the New Testament. Approximately 59 of those occurrences are specific commands teaching us how (and how not) to relate to one another.
We can see God's love in the blessings He gives us. From the beauty of the world to the people in our lives, God is constantly giving us gifts large and small because He loves us. We often experience God's love through our interactions with other people.
