Kate Walsh's character Addison Montgomery returned to "Grey's Anatomy" on season 18, episode three. Addison met her ex-husband Derek Shepherd's kids at the end of the episode.
Meeting Derek's Children
One of the moments that brought tears to the audience's eyes was when she walked into Meredith's home with Amelia (Caterina Scorsone) and finally got to meet Derek's children. That was the perfect way for Addison to get closure after her ex-husband's death.

In Meredith's dream, Derek and Addison are still in an unhappy marriage and Addison is pregnant with their child, though the child is later revealed to be Mark's. Also, Addison is still part of the surgical staff at Seattle Grace Hospital and remains the OB/GYN and neonatal head.
Henry Montgomery is the son of Addison Forbes Montgomery and Jake Reilly.
No other guests were even shown, so there was no Cristina Yang or Addison Montgomery return. It was alluded to that Cristina was there, and later Amelia revlead that Addison had been calling to check in. But honestly the funeral wasn't really the sendoff Derek deserved.
