The lower class consists of those at the bottom of the socioeconomic hierarchy who have low education, low income, and low status jobs.
Having a child or two, not being able to afford a car, not having a job, and having no family are just some of the many things that scream «I'm from the lower class.» But, there are many more things that are often overlooked.
What is the Lower Middle Class? The lower middle class generally represents people with salaried jobs but who likely still have low savings rates and minimal disposable income. Often, this includes tradespeople and nurses.

Middle class
The vast majority of British people fall into this category, such as shop owners, white-collar professionals (literally those who wear a white collar like businessmen and office workers), teachers, journalists, nurses and the list goes on.

The term upper class is a socioeconomic term used to describe those who reside on the highest levels of the social ladder above the middle and working or lower classes. They generally have the highest status in society and hold a great deal of wealth.
The UK considers teachers to be a part of the middle-middle class. This class includes people who have a post-secondary education. Students need to continue their studies to become a teacher, so this is one of the biggest reasons for being categorized as part of the middle-middle class.

Lower class (occasionally described as working class) are those employed in low-paying wage jobs with very little economic security. The term "lower class" also refers to persons with low income.
In the year ending March 2020, a household made up of a couple with no children would be in low income with an annual household income of up to £17,100 before housing costs and £14,800 after housing costs. Household income is the total income of the household before tax, National Insurance and other deductions.
The categories in between are: established middle class; technical middle class; new affluent workers, traditional working class and emergent service workers. The results were obtained by analysing people's income, assets, the professions of their peer group and their social activities.
