1 Avada Kedavra Is Just Ridiculous
Only love itself, the strongest magic of all, can block the Killing Curse. Lord Voldemort cast this spell constantly in his lifetime, and it's the spell that killed Harry's parents in particular.

The three curses that are classified as Unforgivable are the Imperius Curse, the Cruciatus Curse, and the Killing Curse. Mad-Eye Moody introduces Harry and his class to these curses in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.
Imperius Curse
It was one of the most powerful and scariest spells known to wizards. When cast rightly, the curse puts the victim under the caster's control, although a person with extraordinary willpower could resist it.

Voldemort apparently believes nothing is worse than death; perhaps his greatest weakness is his inability to love. This is because his mother, Merope Gaunt, gave Tom Riddle Senior (Voldemort's father) a love potion. Because Voldemort was conceived under a love potion, he isn't able to feel or express love in his life.
Grindelwald Is More Powerful and Cunning Than Voldemort
Grindelwald had more power in the Wizarding World up till the final moments of his life. He had more followers, and they were intensely loyal to him. He conquered more of the globe and could perform more advanced forms of magic.

The Killing Curse was created in the early Middle Ages by Dark witches and wizards. Primarily, the curse was used to quickly slay opponents during a duel.

Also known as the Leg-Locker Curse, this spell is used on Neville by Malfoy, although we don't know the incantation until Hermione whispers it to Ron. They plan to use it on Professor Snape if he attempts anything against Harry during a Quidditch match, but as it turns out, they don't need to.

I've always suspected Molly's lethal spell was a particularly well-placed and powerful stunner that stops Bellatrix's heart, which is consistent with the description of her death: Molly's curse soared beneath Bellatrix's outstretched arm and hit her squarely in the chest, directly over her heart.
Harry is incapable of using an Unforgivable Curse, as seen in Harry Potter and the Order of Phoenix. Why, in the duels in the Battle of Hogwarts, the wizards didn't just say Avada Kedavra instead of fighting for like half an hour? It is an unforgivable spell.
