The Power of the Blessing is the act of releasing the supernatural power of God into another person's life by the spoken word of spiritual authority. God created the universe and everything in it with the spoken word. Now, He's upholding the universe and everything in it with that same word of power.
When God established His own people, He made this promise: “I will make you a great nation; I will bless you and make your name great; and you shall be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, and curse him who curses you; and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed” (Genesis 12:2-3).

We need to learn that what we often think of as blessings really aren't. Too often the real blessings of life are those spiritual things that we always have, no matter what else is happening around us. The real blessings of life are the things that never change and that never fade away.
Blessings, Big & Small
God bestows numerous blessings on people ranging from significant events or situations, like good health, a new job, or a loving family, to everyday moments like kind words, a good meal from a neighbor, or a card from a friend. We are to have gratitude for the everyday things.
Throughout Scripture, the blessing always included five key elements:

Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled. Blessed are the merciful, for they will be shown mercy. Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God. Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God.
Psalm 109, the angry psalm, is basically praying what the widow said to the judge, and what Jesus urged us to pray and not give up. “God, I want your justice against my enemy, I want you to repay my enemies for what they did to me.” One more NT prayer against enemies: Revelation 6.
Psalm 119 also reveals the transformative power of God's Word. The psalmist repeatedly asks God to teach him, give him understanding, and open his eyes to wondrous things in the law (v. 18). This humble, teachable attitude reminds us that engaging with the Bible and God's word is not a passive activity.

In the Bible God gets angry at human violence. He gets angry at powerful leaders who oppress other humans. And the thing that makes God more angry than anything else in the Bible is Israel's constant covenant betrayal.

Practical Steps to Unblock Blessings:
Before God will bless you with his promises, oftentimes he needs to first teach us what those promises actually are. God has not promised us wealth, health, and prosperity during our short times on earth. Certainly these types of material blessings are given by God sometimes.
I speak blessings over you in the name of Jesus. I agree with God's desire to bless you, and I bless you in his name. I bless your hearts and minds, that they may be open to God. I bless you, that you might be open to receive revelation of Jesus' love, mercy and grace.
