If your kid knows that doing drugs is not the way to go and to never ever do them then this show is fine for people 12+. There are some gory parts but you legit can close your eyes if you can't watch.
Be warned, though, that Breaking Bad is not intended for kids in any way, shape, or form. Violence is graphic and sometimes gory (there is a particularly gross sequence early in the series which involves a corpse that has been dissolved in acid; it turns into a bloody mess).
His criminal activity has resulted in the death of a family member. With Hank's death the Heisenberg façade is shattered for good. Walt can't deny his culpability in Hank's death, not with any credibility. He doesn't have that resolve anymore.

Hank, knowing he will be killed, bravely tells Jack to do what he's got to do and Jack murders Hank. Jack instructs his gang to dig up the $80 million. He leaves Walt one barrel with about $11 million and takes the rest for himself.
Jack Welker (Michael Bowen) is the leader of a neo-Nazi gang and the most evil Breaking Bad character. He is a man who is motivated by the moment. He may seem like a man motivated by money, but he is motivated by pride and pleasure.
For his performance, Cranston was nominated for four consecutive Golden Globes (winning once) and won four Primetime Emmy Awards for Best Lead Actor in a Drama Series. Meanwhile, Paul earned one Golden Globe nomination and won three Emmys for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series.
The first season of Breaking Bad is often considered the weakest. The AMC series didn't start with a bang and as a result, it only became popular during its later stages. Despite the slow start, it ended up impressing fans and leaving a lasting legacy.

Series creator Vince Gilligan said in an interview that, "Ozymandias is the best episode we ever have had or ever will have." The episode's title gets its name from the famous poem by Percy Bysshe Shelley, which alludes to a crumbled empire. Bryan Cranston read the poem in a promo for season 5B.

At dinner at the Whites, Hank goes to the bathroom and while there, pages through a copy of Leaves of Grass that Gale had given Walter. He recognizes the writing from Gale's notebook, and from Gale's dedication to Walt, is shocked to conclude that Walt is Heisenberg.
Walt was just unable to believe his situation, how things stacked up against him. First being diagnosed with cancer and other series of events, then with his last bit of stash gone, he just burst in laughter feeling the agony.
A group of prostitutes appears to service a gang of villains; no nudity or on-camera sexual activity. This movie, arriving six years after the series finale, will resonate strongly with old fans; it also works as a stand-alone story, puzzling perhaps, but still satisfying. No kids.
