The Mangekyo Sharingan is the evolved form of the Sharingan and one of the strongest known Kekkei Genkai in the entire Naruto series.
A connection further strengthened as the origin of the Sharingan comes from Kaguya Otsutsuki, a being from another world that was regarded as a god on Earth.
The Mangekyo Sharingan offers power that is much greater than that of the Sharingan and does everything the Sharingan does but better. It also grants the power to use other techniques that are unique to every user. While the Byakugan can become a Tenseigan, it can only happen in certain members of the Otsutsuki clan.
Sasuke's Susanoo
Every user of the Mangekyo Sharingan who awakens this power in both eyes is granted the ultimate ability of the Susanoo. This power is known to be the strongest ability of the Mangekyo Sharingan. Upon being used, the Susanoo manifests as a giant humanoid made from the chakra of the user.
When Madara's over-usage of his Mangekyō during the Warring States Period left him blind, this prompted his brother, Izuna Uchiha, to bequeath Madara his eyes on his deathbed for the sake of preserving the Uchiha, thus granting Madara the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan.
Time Rewind Technique
One such element was Madara's EMS ability – the power to reverse time. The animation showed Madara's EMS spinning uncontrollably, resulting in everything moving backwards. This was revealed to be time reversal, a direct ability of his Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan.

Kaguya is the strongest Byakugan user and pierces through opponents chakra pathway system using her Kekkai Mora of Rabit hair Needle. Moreover, her Taijutsu of Eight Gods Vacuum Attack can take the form of huge chakra fists, which is enough to destroy a Full Armored Susanoo.
The Rinne-Sharingan is the most powerful known eye in the entire Narutoverse. It s wielded by the Ten-tails, and the progenitor of chakra on Earth, Kaguya Otsutsuki. The Rinne-Sharingan has nearly all the powers of the Rinnegan, along with the ability to cast powerful Genjutsu known as Infinite Tsukuyomi.
Madara Uchiha
Madara Uchiha was the epitome of a godly character in the Naruto universe, and rightfully, ranks at the top of our list. He was the direct rival to another godly character Hashirama Senju who was known as the God of Shinobi.
The last known leader of the Uchiha clan, Fugaku Uchiha, was the father of both Sasuke and Itachi. Being the leader of the clan, it is clear that Fugaku Uchiha must have been extremely strong. He was up for the position of the Fourth Hokage as well, once again showing that he was much stronger than an average Jonin.
1 Kaguya Otsutsuki
She wields the Rinne-Sharingan, which is needed to cast the strongest Genjutsu in the entire series. With her Rinne-Sharingan, Kaguya can cast the Infinite Tsukuyomi over the entire world.
The jutsu requires the Mangekyo Sharingan to use. Susanoo is the strongest ability available to Mangekyo Sharingan users. The jutsu surrounds the user, acting as the ultimate defense.
The same condition applies to the other Uchiha members as well. However, since he is not an Uchiha, Naruto does not have any close relatives who possesses this Dojutsu, which means he will never be able to awaken the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan.
Momoshiki Ōtsutsuki's Byakugan usually appeared identical to any other Byakugan, but took on a golden colour after he absorbs Kinshiki Ōtsutsuki's power.
