Iris: The iris symbolizes hope, faith, and wisdom.
Gladiolus. The Gladiolus flowers have a striking appearance to love. They represent hope, strength, and remembrance. They have vibrant blossoms and grow taller than most flowers, with sword-like spikes, with contrasting green stems and leaves.
Different hues have different specific meanings too. Faith and hope both are expressed with the blue iris. Wisdom and my compliments are associated with the purple iris. Yellow iris can represent passion, while white represents purity.
Freesia. Fragrant and colorful freesias symbolize freedom. A sturdy bloom with flowy petals, freesias make great cut flowers because they have a long vase life.
The anchor is a Christian symbol for hope and steadfastness. The source for this symbol is Hebrews 6:19, “Which hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and steadfast.” Anchors are found in many inscriptions in the catacombs of Rome.
Yellow is for happiness, hope and spontaneity
For that reason, it can also be used to signify caution, like red and orange. As a warm color, yellow can also feel upbeat and bright.
To many, chrysanthemums mean hope for the future. The word literally means “gold flower” in Greek. In parts of Europe and Asia, though, chrysanthemums represent death and are only on display during funerals. Irises represent hope, faith, and wisdom.

The four leaves represent faith, hope, love, and luck.
With its bright blue, star shaped flowers that uplift their heads, blooming in our climate from late winter through to late autumn, borage brightens any garden and gardener. Borage was used to promote bravery on the jousting field and continues to be used to bestow courage.
Sturdy shrub with beautiful, medium-sized, salmon-pink flowers that fade to cream. They are fragrant, double and show their stamens. Remarkable are the large clusters that spread out well and so quickly create new bouquets.

Some believe that it represents the unity of all life and the interconnectedness of all beings. Others see it as a symbol of the cycle of life, death, and rebirth and that it's symbolic of the union of the sacred masculine and the divine feminine.
Ginkgo leaves are not only beautiful in their form and structure, but are celebrated symbols of hope, strength, and resilience. The tree on which the leaf grows - the ginkgo tree - is native to Southeast Asia, and now flourishes in parts of the United States as well.
