The bust size is the loose circumference measured around the chest over the fullest part of the breasts, while standing straight with arms to the side, and wearing a properly fitted bra. The band or frame size is the firm circumference, fitted not tightly, measured directly underneath the breasts.
For instance, a 34A means that your boobs are an A cup and that your bra is 34 inches around. Example: 37 inches (bust) – 34 inches (band) = 3 inches.
If you're comparing bras for small busts and unsure how the sizing works, you're not alone! Chest and bra sizes are different measurements, and some retailers rely on standard clothing sizes, so it can be tricky to know which size is correct. Most adult bras feature a chest size followed by a cup size, such as 34DD.
If there's a 1-inch difference between bust and band you're an A cup; 2-inch difference is a B cup, 3 inches is a C cup, 4 inches is a D cup, and so on. For example, if your bust measurement is 37 inches and your band is 33 inches, you would be a D cup because of the 4-inch difference.

A c cup ranges from 33 ⅘ to 43 ¼ inches. The band size for a C cup is 3 inches smaller than the bust size. C cups breasts can look quite different in different human bodies. If the person is thin then it would look bigger. On the other hand, if the person has fuller figure then the C cup may look smaller.
The 34B size is considered a medium-sized bra. It's not too big or too small, and it fits nicely in the middle of the scale. It's no secret that finding the perfect-fitting bra is a major challenge for many women. And if you're among the 34B crowd, it can feel downright impossible.
