Last season we saw the introduction of Dougie, a non-speaking pup who uses Auslan. Meanwhile, Bluey's school friend, Jack, shows many tell-tale signs of ADHD. Both of these characters appeared on the show without it missing a beat. Their disabilities weren't made a deal of, or even mentioned.
It is clear to me, and apparently many others on Bluey fan Wiki, that Jack, the protagonist of this episode, has ADHD, and I've never seen the story of an ADHD kid told like this.

The already iconic family series debuted a new character named Dougie, another little pup who loves the playground. What makes Dougie distinct is the character is deaf, and is depicted as using Auslan to communicate with his mum.

This is where Dougie makes his grand debut, along with his mom (voiced by Miranda Tapsell). Right away we learn that Dougie is deaf and communicates with his mother using Auslan (Australian sign language).
He is the first Bluey character that speaks a different language and isn't an aussie. In the French dub, Jean Luc speaks English. he and bluey get married and their all Friends/cousin come to the wedding.
Bluey is relatable to children, even though he is a blue dog. He has a family, with siblings and extended family and friends often make appearances. The voices are all childlike, which makes it easier understood for children.
And another added: "In the new Bluey episode Dragon confirms that Chilli's mum has passed which is crazy that the 'Chilli's mum is dead' theory is actually true."
“Onesies” A visit from Chilli's sister Brandy prompts Bluey to ask about why she stayed away for so long. This brings about one of the saddest revelations in the show. Chilli uses an allegory to explain that there's something Brandy really longs for, but cannot have.

But the bottom line is, no statement has actually been made from Disney.
Well many viewers felt that the episode, titled "Exercise," exhibited fat shaming. In one scene, Bluey's dad Bandit steps on a bathroom scale then laments about his weight to Bluey's mom, Chilli, who had walked into the room with Bluey's sister.
Socks walks on all fours throughout Season 1 and most of Season 2. However, in Baby Race, Bluey and her friends were all seen learning to walk as human babies. Some people theorized this was a genetic trait, but some theorized that Socks was autistic.
Disney+ currently carries all three seasons of the Australian animated programme. The episode was apparently censored by Disney because it included an open discussion of farting. Now, according to the website Fatherly, an episode from season two entitled “Dad Baby” appears to still be banned on the streamer.
