Prince Harry's primary title remains Duke of Sussex, but he is no longer a working royal and doesn't use the "His Royal Highness (HRH)" style; he sometimes uses "Harry Wales" or just "Harry" in casual settings, and his official website and children refer to him as the Duke of Sussex.
