Carlisle's gift is an elevated sense of compassion that allows him to resist human blood. He is able to bite (in order to turn them) people without succumbing to the frenzy and killing them.

Kali Athena Volturi is the biological daughter of Aro Volturi and a woman named Danae, born while Aro were still human. She is a member of the Volturi coven and were turned by her father on her 18th birthday. She is also the adopted 'daughter' of Aro's mate, Sulpicia.
In addition to the traits he shares with his fellow vampires, Edward has certain abilities that are his alone. He possesses superior superhuman speed compared to that of other vampires and is the fastest of the Cullens, able to outrun any of them.
After her transformation, she tortured and killed those who had attacked her, including Royce, but did not drink their blood, a fact that she is proud of. Apart from Carlisle and Edward, she has the most self-control and appreciation for human life, and has never tasted human blood.
Caius is a co-leader of the Volturi. Although he has no powers himself, he is perhaps the most ruthless of the five leaders and had a strong hatred towards the Romanian coven. This hatred was what attracted Aro to him and it was to Aro's advantage when he overthrew the opposing clan.
Jasper Hale: able to sense and control emotions. Pathokinesis is Jasper Hale's ability to sense and change the emotions of the those around him.
Stephanie Meyer tried to answer this question on her website, explaining that unlike the other vampires powers, Jasper's power is actually affecting Bella physically by adjusting her pulse and endorphins to calm her down.
Jasper has the ability to sense and manipulate the emotions of people around him – a power that is known as 'pathokinesis'. Although described by Edward as a “subtle ability”, it seems pretty strong to us: in Twilight, he managed to calm Bella down to such an extent that she fell asleep.
In order to save her life, Carlisle decided to change her into a vampire. When Esme first awakened from her transformation, Carlisle explained what happened and that he turned her into a vampire in order to save her life. Much to his surprise, Esme was not upset with his act, and she easily accepted her new life.
Although originally Carlisle was a disappointment, he eventually discovered a coven of true vampires living in the sewers. During a chase with them, Carlisle was bitten and changed into a vampire. To avoid slaughter, he hid in a potato cellar during the transformation.
Shield penetration is Renesmee Cullen's theorized ability to destroy or penetrate a mental shield. Aside from this gift, she also shows the power of tactile thought projection, which she can use to show people her thoughts and memories, with this power to break through their mental defenses.

Jessica Stanley refers to him as "the big dark-haired guy" in the first Twilight movie. Standing at 6'5", he is the tallest of the Cullens, towering over Alice by nearly two feet.

However, readers and viewers did get to know a bit about his personality and the dynamics with his coven. Amun was actually mistrustful and paranoid, and he was especially protective of Benjamin.
Athenodora is the wife of Caius and a prominent member of the Volturi. In Life and Death: Twilight Reimagined, she is a co-leader of the coven, along with Sulpicia and Marcus. She is portrayed by Abbie Dunn in the second movie adaptation of Breaking Dawn.
He has a twin sister named Jane, who's also a high-ranking member of the guard. Jane and Alec are the Volturi's most powerful offensive weapons as they both hold abilities capable of taking down an opponent, regardless of size. Alec possesses the gift of sensory deprivation.
