Fences is a 2016 classic film that follows the Maxon family in 1950s Pittsburgh, exploring their dynamics and feuds. The ending of Fences reveals that Troy, the stern father, dies of a heart attack and Cory, bitter towards his father, refuses to attend the funeral.
