(Fire and Blood states, "Sunfyre did not seem much interested in the offering at first.") Sunfyre then enveloped Rhaenyra in flame, but she did not immediately perish; she screamed defiance at her usurper. The dragon then seized her and tore her apart with his jaws. That was the end of her.
Vhagar was twice the size of Drogon and older/more experienced in battle. Wouldn't even be a close fight. Vhagar has upper hand that's for sure !!!
In the books Jace and Baela are betrothed to one another at age of four. In the books Baela genuinely has feelings for Jace as she never leaves his side and even insisted on fighting by his side and marrying him.
