She's makes Eren's wish coming true for reaching her. This is highlighted in chapter 122 where he gave her the option to end it all rather than stay stuck there. She choose Eren and making his wish coming true. As in chapter 123 showed that Eren planning to destroy the world outside the island.

Why is Eren's Founding Titan a Skeleton? Eren's founding titan is a skeleton because it was the elongated spine that formed the basis of his form. While the bodies of most titans are covered by flesh, Eren's founding titan is quite unique.
