Boruto's Jougan has been shown in action only a handful of times. The extent of this kekkei genkai hasn't been revealed. Even the creators are said not to fully understand what the Jougan can and can't do. From what we do know about the Jougan, the eye is quite powerful.
The Tenseigan (転生眼, Literally meaning: Reincarnation Eye) is a dōjutsu possessed by Hamura Ōtsutsuki and his descendants. It is characterised by blue pupils and irides which contain a white, floral pattern.
