Brooke takes a pregnancy test and finds out she's pregnant, which a doctor confirms. Dan advises Lucas to have the baby aborted, which is what he wanted Karen to do.
Despite a brief separation in the seventh season, Brooke and Julian were married in season eight amid the heartbreaking news of her inability to have children. Much to their surprise, however, Brooke gave birth to twin sons Davis and Jude Baker later in the season.
Synopsis. Brooke tells Lucas her test is positive. After being told she might be pregnant with his child, Lucas is shocked with what Brooke has just told him. He arranges to go to the drug store together to get a pregnancy test together as he wants to support her with his possible child.
A month later on November 17th 2011, Brooke falls off of a stool at Karen's cafe and she is rushed to hospital where she gives birth to premature twin boys. Brooke stays with her sons until they can leave the hospital and return to their home.
Nathan than reveals that Brooke isn't pregnant but Haley is. As he tells her, Rachel admits she never saw Keith, due to her losing interest in Nathan now he is going to be a father. As she tells him he will manage, she asks if she ever stood a chance if Haley wasn't pregnant, but Nathan tells her she didn't, not ever.
But when Alex informs her she is pregnant (Brooke gave her urine for a drug test that Chase had to pass to join the Air Force.). Knowing she was pregnant, Brooke made the decision to stay in Tree Hill to raise her unborn child.
Later, Peyton wakes up with Lucas and Brooke by her side and Peyton mentions that the name of her daughter is Sawyer after her maiden name. Sawyer with both her mother and godmother. Eventually Sawyer was visited by both grandfather and godmother. Dan asked Peyton if he could keep Sawyer in his arms.
Shortly after Julian and Brooke got married they decided to adopt a baby due to Brooke's infertility.
Season 7. Brooke and Julian are happy together but begin to have problems when Julian begins working on a movie with Alex Dupre and Brooke hires her as a new model for her clothing line. Brooke is furious when Julian confides in Alex that she can't have kids and that he wants kids. The two eventually reconcile.
