Willow, Xander, and Giles are stalked by a shadowy figure, then killed within their dreams. The way in which each is killed is directly related to the role they had assumed when melding with Buffy in the previous episode—that role is indicated by the Tarot-like card used to symbolize the character's essence.
After making love with Buffy, Angel is racked with pain as his soul is ripped from him. In the street, he kills a passer-by when she offers to help him. Two Slayers
For the first time in history, two full-fledged Slayers existed at one time, the other being Kendra. For the next several years, two Slayers coexisted: first Buffy and Kendra, who was called upon Buffy's death, and then Buffy and Faith, who was called when Kendra died approximately one year later.
Back in 1999 during Season 3 of Buffy two episodes of the show were pulled before they could air. The first episode that was pulled was Earshot as right before it aired Columbine happened. Even though the episode didn't depict a school schooting, it did show a student at the school with a gun.
