The gift of sexual intimacy is sacred.
It is holy, set apart. Sexual intimacy is not a crude, common form of intimacy. Instead, sexual intimacy is set apart from the common and made sacred. It is uniquely designed by God to express the creative love between a man and a woman.

Divine Intimacy is the highest state attainable on earth. In this union of love, the soul produces acts of love which have an immense apostolic influence on a multitude of souls.
Your relationship with God grows in three ways through your time with Him: 1) A Father/child relationship is developed. 2) The fruit of God's Spirit is cultivated. 3) Your daily life will become a reflection of God Himself.
Spiritual intimacy is the best predictor of one's marital intimacy and well-being through the lens of spiritual meaning. When one's relationship with God creates meaning and purpose in one's life, it positively improves both marital intimacy and well-being.
In relationships, four types of intimacy are key: emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual.

The highest level of intimacy, requires the greatest amount of trust in our relationship. It is only when we feel truly safe with somebody, that we become willing to share the deepest core of who we are. It's up close and personal.
