The pink blade represents Love, which may seem kind of abstract when put together with the other blades but it has an explanation: the Love Breathing has a peculiar nature, and it was developed by the pink Nichirin blade wielder herself, Mitsuri Kanroki.
A Nichirin sword's color actually has some connection to what breathing style that demon slayer is most adept at. Blades associated with water breathing typically change to a blue color, for example, while that of a user of the flame breathing technique would turn red.

Roughly 1,000 years ago, during Japan's Heian Period, Muzan Kibutsuji was declared stillborn after his heart stopped beating multiple times inside his mother's womb. As he was about to be cremated, Muzan coughed and squirmed on the pyre, indicating this young, sick infant still had the will to live.
Specifically, Muichiro is the Mist Hashira who made use of the Mist Breathing sword style. He is also the youngest of the Hashira at only 14 years old, being considered a prodigy of the Corps who became a Hashira only two months after joining the Demon Slayers.

Yoriichi Type Zero ( 緑 より 壱 いち 零 ぜろ 式 しき , Yoriichi Zeroshiki?) is a mechanical battle doll constructed by Kotetsu's ancestors during the Sengoku period.
They were also worn by Yoriichi Tsugikuni, the originator of the Breathing Styles. Since he did not have children, it can be assumed that he gave the earrings to Tanjuro, who subsequently handed them down to Tanjiro.
