The most powerful symbolism of the Dove in the Bible, however, is in the Spirit of God appearing as a dove. and the Holy Spirit descended on him in bodily form, like a dove; and a voice came from heaven, “You are my beloved Son; with you I am well pleased.”

The phoenix bird symbolizes immortality, resurrection and life after death, and in ancient Greek and Egyptian mythology it is associated with the sun god.
The white dove is without a doubt the most important bird in Christianity. In fact, it could be the most important imagery within Christianity, right next to the Holy Cross. The dove most famously represents the Holy Spirit, but also symbolizes other positive qualities; such as: innocence, purity, peace, and blessings.
So don't be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows.” Luke 12:6-7 records Jesus making a similar statement: “Are not five sparrows sold for two pennies? Yet not one of them is forgotten by God. The dove of Christ means salvation and the dove of David indicates peace, whereas the dove with the olive branch also means good tidings. A dove painted in gold and silver plumage mean purity and innocence but a dove with a ring around its neck suggests the divine word encircled.
Noah's raven “went forth to and fro, until the waters were dried up from off the earth.” Only when a dove Noah sent out after the raven no longer returned did Noah decide it was time to leave the ark and the mountain top upon which it rested.

God has His watchful eye upon the rustic sparrow. All this is a parable. The real and actual fact is this: God is in all human lives without exception and His overrule no power can gainsay.
IH monogram
The first two letters of the name of Jesus in Greek, iota (Ι) and eta (Η), sometime superimposed one on the other, or the numeric value 18 of ΙΗ in Greek, was a well known and very early way to represent Christ. This symbol was already explained in the Epistle of Barnabas and by Clement of Alexandria.

Ichthys is the ancient Greek word for fish, and it forms the acronym “Jesus Christ, God's Son, Savior.” The Christian fish symbol features the outline of a fish shown with two intersecting arcs. Jesus uses the symbolism of fish when he first calls his disciples to join him.
