There isn't one definitive list of "12 gifts," as the Bible offers several lists, but the most common association with "12" refers to the Fruits of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23), which are charity (love), joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control, modesty, longanimity (long-suffering), and chastity. In contrast, the Spiritual Gifts (often 9 or more) from 1 Corinthians 12 include wisdom, knowledge, faith, healing, miracles, prophecy, discerning spirits, tongues, and interpretation of tongues, with other lists adding administration, helps, and more.
There are seven gifts of the Holy Spirit and they are wisdom, understanding, counsel, fortitude, knowledge, piety, and fear of the Lord.

These gifts were likely on display in Corinth. Paul emphasizes that the Spirit decides who to give each gift to.

The holy things and the pearls represent the things of God, perhaps the gospel itself. The dogs and pigs represent hostile, unworthy people. And so the statement translates into something like this: Do not preach the things of God to hostile, unworthy people.
Wisdom. Wisdom is considered the first and the greatest of the gifts. It acts upon both the intellect and the will.

In conclusion, while every believer has at least one primary motivational spiritual gift, the Holy Spirit can also enable them to operate in various manifestation gifts as needed. Additionally, some individuals may possess ministry gifts that equip and serve the Church.

The Church does not teach definitively whether or not there will be animals in Heaven, or in the new earth after the Resurrection of the dead. The Scriptures do describe animals at peace in the new creation (see, for instance, Isaiah 11:6-9; 65:25), but that may be symbolic.
And this pearl is our entrance into the New Jerusalem. In Revelation 21:21, each gate of the city is a single pearl—showing that the way into the city is through Christ's life secretion, our regeneration. The pearl, formed through wounding and divine life, becomes the very gate into God's eternal dwelling place.
So, where was Jesus for the three days in between His death and resurrection? For a time, He was in Hades, preaching to the spirits in prison (whoever they were). Then, He released all of the righteous dead of Sheol/Hades and took them with Him to heaven. But, again, there is controversy on virtually every point.
