It seems that Tanjiro still has a long way to go to master the Water Breathing technique. Giyu, on the other hand, as the current Water Hashira, has complete mastery over all 10 forms of Water breathing, as well as an 11th form that he created himself.
Eleventh Form: Dead Calm ( 拾 じゅう 壱 いち ノ 型 かた 凪 なぎ , Jū Ichi no kata: Nagi?) - The personal creation of the current Water Hashira, Giyu Tomioka. It involves a combination of all existing Sun breathing techniques — but performed in a consecutive manner. This technique's primary purpose is to slash all the twelve vital organs of a demon. Each form targets a specific organ. Tanjiro only used it once in the manga.
Twelfth Form: Flame Dance
The sheer power of this attack makes it a formidable move. The Flame Dance involves a combination of both a powerful vertical and horizontal slash. If used properly, it can spell doom for most foes because of the sheer amount of power behind this attack.
Fourteenth Form: Calamity・Heaven's Full Crescent Moon: Kokushibo swings his sword and creates a vortex of crescent-shaped slashes.
12 Water Breathing: Seventh Form – Drop Ripple Thrust
In order to counter these fast-moving balls, Tanjiro's first move was to use the Drop Ripple Thrust. This form involves a swift stab at a target and was used to reduce the impact of an oncoming temari. It is also known to be Tanjiro's fastest thrusting technique.
Tanjiro isn't Faster Than Zenitsu, not at all. He is Strong but Slow. So, Zenitsu Will Probably Chop Him Down to bits before tanjiro even pulls out his sword properly. There ya go!
"Breath of the Sun: Thirteenth Style") is the thirteenth form the Sun Breathing and the pinnacle of all Breathing techniques in history. This technique was created by Yoriichi Tsugikuni himself in order defeat Muzan Kibutsuji.

Giyu Tomioka (冨岡 義勇, Tomioka Giyū) is a major supporting character in the popular anime/manga series Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. He is a member of the Demon Slayer Corps and the current Water Hashira who is also the one who enlisted Tanjiro Kamado into a Demon Slayer.

2 Tenth Form: Constant Flux

Thanks to Muzan, the demon form of Tanjiro has the fastest regeneration and the strength to avert all physical attacks. Moreover, just like his sister Nezuko, Tanjiro acquires resistance against the sun, making him completely invincible against any human.
During episode three, we learned that the Yoriichi Type Zero was built by Kontetsu's ancestors more than 300 years ago during the Sengoku era.
3 Fifth Form: Heat Lightning
