Yes, while most Death Eaters were Slytherins, notably Peter Pettigrew (Gryffindor) and possibly Quirinus Quirrell (Ravenclaw), were known exceptions, showing that membership wasn't exclusive to Slytherin, though Slytherin's ambition and pure-blood ideals fostered many followers.
Peter Pettigrew (aka Wormtail) is one of two Death Eaters known to have been in a House other than Slytherin (Gryffindor) while at Hogwarts. There, he was a close friend of Sirius Black, James Potter, and Remus Lupin, although he was the least intelligent and least talented of the group.

As for Ron, Hufflepuff is probably the worst house for him. He's not hard-working (unless he really has to be), particularly tolerant (look at his treatment of Krum, for instance), or patient (see the first half of Deathly Hallows).

If there's one house that's truly the least recognized, it must be Ravenclaw. This house is so unrecognized the movies even got its house colours and symbol wrong.

Albus was named in memory of Albus Dumbledore and Severus Snape, two former headmasters of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry and both great wizards that his father knew. In 2017, Albus began his education at Hogwarts with Rose Granger-Weasley and Scorpius Malfoy and was sorted into Slytherin House.
