The Master Chief, originally named John, was born in March 7 2511 and first lived with his family on the human colony planet Eridanus II.

Devised as a test bed for genetic engineering, and raised as a weapon in a sterile environment, Zero is less a person, and more a weapon.
So, to summarize: Master Chief lost his virginity to Makee while Cortana and Halsey watched. Exactly the sort of thing, I'm sure, fans hoped they'd get to see when Paramount+ first announced a live-action Halo series.
