You can hide messages on your iPhone by using message filtering. You can also hide a specific message chain by hiding alerts in the Messages app. Another way to hide messages is by disabling notifications on your iPhone.
Hiding specific contacts or conversations on an iPhone
Step 1: Click on the message you want to block. Step 2: Tap the contact's name at the top of the message to open the taskbar. Step 3: Toggle Hide Alerts to the on position.

Archiving Android Messages
