As of now, Deku has access to seven Quirks, namely One For All, Transmission, Fa Jin, Danger Sense, Blackwhip, Smokescreen, and Float. The basic gist of all these powers is that they all come from the previous One For All users, with their abilities becoming stronger throughout the generations.
One of the most rare quirks is any type of healing or medical related quirks. ONE character has it in the known MHA universe, which is the Recovery Girl. And the other is warp. Eri's quirk is proabably one of, if not THE most rare quirk in all of MHA.
Immortality (不死 Fushi), is the quirk that was used by Sara Tamashii. As the name implies, the quirk grants its wielder semi-immortality as well as the ability to control life (to a certain extent), and blood. Immortality is also a marriage quirk between Sara's mothers quirk and her fathers quirk.
All For One is, quite possibly, the strongest Quirk there is in My Hero Academia. It was formerly wielded by All For One and is currently in Shigaraki Tomura's possession.
Legendary Quirks are the hardest quirks to get. Legendary quirks have a 1/250 chance to get, which means they are super hard to get. Example of Legendary Quirk: One For All.
IQ ( IQ アイキュー , Ai Kyū?) is the Quirk used by Saiko Intelli.
Deku's final quirk is known as 'gearshift'. It's a quirk that is activated via physical contact. It allows the user to change the velocity of anything they touch, meaning they can spontaneously slow things down, or speed things up.
The protagonist of My Hero Academia, Izuku Midoriya was the first Quirkless character to be introduced. Izuku was born without a Quirk, but despite that, he wanted to become the Number One Hero, just like All Might.

Allows the user to become a full-fledged demon. Demons are known to be red, but the color may vary depending on the person's genes. For instance, Jigoku has dark blue hair and black irises.
Quirkless people are those who possess absolutely no Quirk, particularly unique features, or anything that would put them under the classification of being superhuman. As of now, they exist as a minority in the My Hero Academia universe, currently making up approximately 20% of the global population.

While not every One For All user has had multiple Quirks, some of them did indeed possess more than one, with the first user of One For All, Yoichi Shigaraki, being the prime example. He has access to two Quirks, as did Hikage Shinomori, and Diagoro Banjo.
Izuku and his class 1-A classmates didn't know it for the longest time, but their blond classmate Yuga Aoyama was actually born Quirkless, just like Deku himself. Recent manga chapters revealed this fact, and it even ties into Yuga's tragic subplot as the mysterious UA traitor who has ties to the League of Villains.
History. The first person to manifest a Quirk was a newborn baby in the city of Quig Quig, China, who had the ability to emanate light from their body. After that incident, many people around the world began to manifest different kinds of special abilities, though the cause of the phenomenon was unknown.
10 The First Quirk
The first known Quirk is said to have been wielded by a baby in China's Qing Qing City. While the reason behind the sudden appearance of this Quirk is unknown, it is said that the baby wielding this Quirk glowed with a luminescent light, and was thus called the 'Luminescent Baby'.
Trivia. Life Force, All For One, One For All, Fa Jin, Gearshift, and the unnamed Luminescence Quirk are the oldest known Quirks in the series.
