Skaar joins the MCU
Bruce returned to Earth in the season finale, and he wasn't alone. Bruce showed up to a family barbeque, surprising his family by introducing them to his son Skaar.
The brief shot of the green-skinned Skaar (an all-CGI character with no dialogue, but credited to Stargirl actor Wil Deusner) alluded to but did not explain the events between Bruce leaving Earth and returning with relatively smaller but still large adult (teen?) son from another planet.
His inner child despised everything Skaar stood for, but Skaar only had one thing on his mind—to find the Hulk and kill him for abandoning him on Sakaar. He blamed his father for every horrible thing he had to bear on his home world, and he would have the chance to pay him back when the Hulk finally arrived.
Skaar, Son of Hulk is an anti-hero that appears in Marvel Comics. He has been both an enemy and ally of The Incredible Hulk, who is his father by the warrior princess Caiera.
She proceeded to defeat Skaar with ease and asked why he insisted on being a killer instead of attempting to make peace. Skaar then revealed his plan for killing everyone on the planet he deemed evil after glimpsing the destruction of so many others while he briefly wielded the Old Power.
Well, time may work differently on the planet Sakaar. It may have just been ten years on Earth but it may have well been double that on Sakaar. In the comics, Skaar also aged at an accelerated rate. This is a great way to explain why Skaar is already as old as he is.
Bruce and Betty never had any children, but the Hulk had two sons by his second wife, Caiera. During PLANET HULK, it was the Hulk who courted Caiera, but she accepted Bruce as well. Although Caiera appeared to die, she gave birth to Skaar and Hiro-Kala.
Why Skaar Is the Strongest Hulk. Skaar rivals his father in strength, but his unique set of abilities gives him an edge that could quite possibly make him the strongest Hulk. The Old Power grants him not only a power boost, but a variety of effects he can create to shape a battle in his favor.
The last time Hulk was seen in the MCU was in She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, with the introduction of Hulk's son Skaar from Marvel Comics. With the setup of Hulk's story in the future surrounding Skaar, his inclusion in Captain America 4 seems unlikely as a result.

Skaar's Superhuman Powers
He's inherited his father's gamma-powered strength and healing. Though, unlike Hulk, Skaar doesn't get stronger as he grows angrier. Skaar also shares his mother's ability to tap into the Old Power, which allows him to draw energy from a planet's tectonic plates and even control volcanos.
In the debut, Lee chose grey for the Hulk because he wanted a color that did not suggest any particular ethnic group. Colorist Stan Goldberg, however, had problems with the grey coloring, resulting in different shades of grey, and even green, in the issue.
Just like his old man, Skaar's power increases with rage, and he can take on a human form when calm or unconscious. However, Skaar's human form is technically only half-human, as his mother, Caiera, was one of the Shadow People, a race of Sakaaran natives.
Skaar was created by writer Greg Pak and artist John Romita Jr. in the famous "Planet Hulk" Marvel Comics storyline, which ran between 2006 and 2007. Skaar's first appearance was in What If? Planet Hulk #1.

But Skaar was always a double agent and revealed as much after the Dark Avengers kidnapped Captain America. The flip-flop clad Skaar turned on his former teammates and helped the New Avengers save Cap. The loincloth-wearing lummox has had a mixed history but mostly seems on the good guy side.
