Don't click pictures of others without seeking their consent. Article 378 of the UAE Code states that taking pictures without obtaining permission will result in the camera being confiscated, recordings destroyed and photographers being charged a fine, or in some situations, being imprisoned.

Although it is not illegal to hold hands or kiss in public, it is far from common and may shock Dubai residents. Therefore, avoid displays of affection or inappropriate behavior that may offend locals.

As long as you stay in the very touristic places (hotels, malls…), you can pretty much wear whatever you want in Dubai. The rules might be enforced more strictly if you visit during the Ramadan, so keep this in mind.
