After Doma's demise, Kanao wears Shinobu's hair pin instead of Kanae's, as the latter was destroyed during the fighting. Furthermore she loses visibility in her right eye due to unleashing the final form of Flower Breathing, even though the eye is unaffected visually.
As we all have seen in the last chapter, Kanao used flower breath's final form, which may cause her to become blind (according to Shinobu). In this battle with Douma, it's been established pretty heavily that Kanao's eyes are special. And since then Douma started targeting her eyes (with his weapon and with his ice).
After returning to his human form, Tanjiro loses the ability to see from his right eye, the iris of which is now a dull pink-gray color and the pupil black rather than its original white.
Kanao never spoke before being adopted into the Demon Slayer Corps and continued to have difficulty speaking after officially joining the other demon slayers. To help with her indecisiveness and other struggles, Kanao often flips a coin she received as a gift.
Kanao is a dedicated demon slayer and a good friend to Tanjiro. She hardly ever speaks, even to Tanjiro. Instead, she flips coins to make her decisions for her, making her oddly similar to Two-Face from the Batman comics. She might have a few words for Tanjiro, though, with or without that coin.
Usage of the technique however is highly dangerous, as the tremendous strain caused to the eyes ruptured blood vessels and could cause partial or complete blindness. After her battle against Dōma, Kanao lost usage of her right eye due to the strain of this technique.
She recalls that when Kanae died, she was unable to cry, but no one judged her for it. Kanao remembers how Kanae had advised her to value her comrades, and wonders if she did so correctly this time, as she cries for Shinobu.
Tsuyuri Kanao
She is 16 years old at the start of the series, and is going on to 17 in Demon Slayer Season 2: Entertainment District arc. Kanao is the Tsugoku or successor to Kocho Shinobu, the Insect Hashira.
Kanao Tsuyuri ( 栗 つ 花 ゆ 落 り カナヲ, Tsuyuri Kanao?) is a major supporting character of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba.

8 Tanjiro Is The Only Living User
On the other hand, Sun Breathing can, presently, only be performed by Tanjiro Kamado. Though its techniques can be taught to others provided they have the guidance of a Kamado, there are no other known users who are currently alive.
1) Obanai. Obanai, without a doubt, has one of the most unique eyes in the entire series. His irises are of two different colors and this condition is called heterochromia. Obanai's eyes are quite appealing and the colors are beautiful as well.
Kanao Tsuyuri is the adoptive sister of Shinobu Kocho, whom she has been training under since she was a young child. Having trained under one of the Pillars of the Demon Slayer Corps, Kanao was the strongest of the group that survived the Final Selection, a group that included Tanjiro.
Shinobu is a petite young woman with a pale complexion and large, compound-like eyes that lack pupils, only a haze of gradient purple, making her eyes appear similar to those of insects.
After the battle, Tanjiro returns home with his sister and friends. Later it is revealed that he married fellow slayer Kanao Tsuyuri. In the Modern World, Tanjiro and Kanao had descendants named Sumihiko Kamado and Kanata Kamado.
Despite his ridiculously timid attitude, Zenitsu is older than Tanjiro, Nezuko, and Inosuke. In other words, this 16-year-old's cowardly nature makes him seem like the youngest out of the four main cast members.
After the battle, Kanao starts wearing Shinobu Kocho's hairpin instead of Kanae's as the latter is broken as a result of her combat, and she also loses the ability to see out of her right eye as she uses the final form of Breath of Flower to defeat the Upper Moon.
Kanao and Tanjiro would eventually marry and start a family, having two great-great-grandchildren by the names of Kanata Kamado and Sumihiko Kamado between them.
Although Inosuke refuses to acknowledge that he has met him before, Doma explores his memories and reveals that he met Inosuke when he was a child, and was responsible for killing his mother, causing Inosuke to fill with hatred and engage in combat with the Demon.
According to the creator of Demon Slayer, Koyoharu Gotouge, Nezuko's biological age is 12. This means that while she has been alive for 14 years, her body has only aged to the point of a 12-year-old. This detail about Nezuko's age is important because it highlights the tragedy of her situation.
She was killed by Doma.
Unable to fight back, Doma realized he was tricked but it was too late. He was soon decapitated by the combined force of Kanao and Inosuke, avenging Shinobu and her family.
Kanae Kocho, the Flower Hashira, was Shinobu's elder sister and adoptive elder sister of Kanao Tsuyuri.
