A healthy INFJ. We already have all the alpha qualities, but it's in our nature to be a kind of beta, or “secondary alpha” to accommodate people. INFJs know how to lead. It's a rare skill, and even for those that have it you need to develop it, but we are born with it.
At their best, INFJs make modest, reliable teammates, and allow others to take the lead. INFJs may undervalue their own needs, ideas, and contributions, acting overly shy and not taking credit when due. At their worst, INFJs can be excessively submissive, ineffectual, and too dependent on direction from others.
That being said, the Sigma INFJ is certainly a rare and complex personality type that has the potential to be charming and seductive. Their introverted, intuitive, feeling, and judging traits, as well as their adaptability and independence, can make them very attractive to certain people.
Both logical and emotional, INFJs have unique qualities that make them leaders in their own right. Being a leader as an INFJ is challenging, but it's something I face every day at work.

They are also Introverted yet acutely sensitive to others' feelings and needs. These apparently contradictory characteristics make INFJs the most complex personality type. INFJs are complex because different aspects of their personalities seem to contradict one another.

Kindness. As sensitive personalities, INFJs feel attracted to people who show kindness towards others.
INFJs are no exception to this rule, and when they become overly stressed they may display a dark side that includes angry outbursts, obsessive worrying, perfectionism, or even depression. When INFJs first encounter stress, they start to behave very true-to-type.
They are also quiet but fierce hardworking perfectionists who dream big and achieve their goals. Because they are often reserved, high-achieving individuals with high expectations of both themselves and others, INFJs can be intimidating to other personality types.
Alpha. “An Alpha is a leader; she is self-assured, powerful and confident in everything she does,” says Spencer. “These personality types don't hold back, tending to steer the pack in friendships and powerfully lead their teams in work.
INFJs are interested in helping others and making the world a better place. They tend to be excellent listeners and are good at interacting with people which whom they are emotionally close and connected.
In America, the preferred personality type is the ESTJ – the polar opposite of the INFJ. With the INFJ personality type being so rare and the culture at large favoring your opposite, it can be easy to feel left out, broken, misunderstood, and unappreciated.
Love And The INFJ Personality Type
They can often come across as intimidating or aloof, and it may sometimes feel difficult to relate to an INFJ. Many people will never see the loving side of INFJs because many INFJs reserve true displays of intimacy and affection for close friends and long-term, loving relationships.
They tend to dislike last-minute changes and repeated mistakes, which they see as thoughtless or uncaring. At work, INFJs may find it difficult to keep their personal feelings out of their interactions with others. They'll likely become stressed if they feel unappreciated, dismissed, or ignored.
Both ENFJ and INFJ types might identify with the sensitivity of Cancers. These types strive to bring kindness into every interaction and can have intense responses to art and nature. Cancers are also typically intuitive, which allows them to read (and sometimes misjudge) the people around them.
INFJ – Hestia
She's a protector with the power of elemental nature behind her who can cause volcanos when she's angry. In keeping with an INFJ's interest in harmony and peacekeeping, Hestia wouldn't participate the quarrels of other gods or go to war with them.
INFJs can definitely be seen as the lone wolf type, especially since they enjoy being on their own a lot of the time.
INFPs and INFJs are commonly confused for one another due to their apparent commitment to sensitivity, forming deep relationships and helping others navigate the world. Though, while INFPs and INFJs may seem similar at first glance, these two personality types possess distinctions which set them apart.
INFJs' only true enemy is themselves, or more specifically, their inner critic. However, some personality types may be difficult for INFJs to get along with including: ESTJs: They are often seen as being too blunt, dominant, and insensitive for INFJs.
Some introverted types are more apt to be mistaken for extraverts than others. In our experience, the INFJ is the type most commonly misperceived as extraverted, although this can occur with the INTJ as well. There are a number of personality factors commonly associated with extraversion.
