In the Dragon Ball Super canon, Broly and Vegeta are generally considered to be born in the same year (Age 732), making them slightly older than Goku (born Age 737) by about five years, though Goku's age gets complicated by time travel and training, putting him physically around the same age or even younger during the DBS: Broly movie. In the original non-canon movies, the ages were different, with Broly often portrayed as older.
Let's remember that Dragon Ball Super takes place during that decade, starting about four years after the end of Dragon Ball Z, so at the end of the anime series (now in standby) and in the Dragon Ball Super: Broly movie, Goku is 32 physical years and 39 chronological.
Vegeta is 5 years older than goku and broly who are the same age. Vegeta and New Broly were born around the same time. This is a change to the old story on which he was born closer to Goku's date.
The rarest Saiyan, according to Vegeta, is his son Trunks, not Broly, because Trunks was born with blue hair, breaking the traditional Saiyan biological rule of black hair, making him a unique anomaly in Saiyan history. While Broly's "Legendary Super Saiyan" is incredibly rare and powerful (occurring every thousand years), Trunks' natural birth trait sets him apart as the truly rarest individual.
On a related note, largely because of Broly's status as the Legendary Super Saiyan, he acted as one of the few people to cause immense fear in Vegeta to the extent of him being unwilling to confront him, after Frieza due to him being his former commander and Beerus due to his humiliation of his father.
Broly becomes enraged by his memories of Goku and with that rage, his strength rises, while screaming "KAAAAKAAAAROOOOOOOT!!!"
This could possibly be due to how the games portrayed Broly's hair as being green in his Legendary Super Saiyan form, seeing as Broly's hair looks green in multiple occasions throughout the original movie, which could easily confuse viewers into thinking his hair is supposed to be green, instead of its intended color.
The weakest named Saiyan is often considered Gine, Goku's mother, due to her gentle nature and reliance on Bardock for protection, though Beats, a low-level soldier from the Broly movie, is also a strong contender for sheer lack of combat prowess, with some considering him the absolute weakest non-baby Saiyan due to his minor role as a fodder soldier. Other weak Saiyans include infant versions of characters or those with low-class power levels like early Goku or Tarble, who struggles with combat compared to his brother Vegeta.
The Ultimate Tenkaichi Hero manages to defeat Omega Shenron and collects all seven but is confronted by Ultimate Shenron who attacks them when he is summoned due to Omega Shenron's negative energy. The hero manages to defeat Ultimate Shenron, removing the negative energy from him restoring the Dragon to normal.
Cheelai forms a strong bond with Broly similar to the relationships between Caulifla and Kale, and Bulma and Goku.
The kanji 悟 (Go) in Goku's name means "wisdom," "enlightenment," "awareness," or "to perceive," representing his journey of understanding and spiritual growth, derived from the Buddhist concept of awakening to emptiness (空, Kū). He wears this symbol on his gi after intense training, signifying his mastery and connection to Buddhist principles, much like the original Monkey King character.
This incarnation of Broly is Toriyama's attempt to add him into the "Dragon Ball canon" as he put it. Toriyama also made changes to his behavior from a sadistic and vengeful person to a very closed, confused and kind-hearted character.
Chi-Chi would win, no doubt. She has martial arts skills and is one of the strongest women on the planet.
Gohan is the smartest Saiyan
However, because Gohan possesses the intelligence of an Earthling, he is also somewhat timid and lacks the strong fighting spirit of a Saiyan. There was a time when Gohan even gave up practicing martial arts, wanting to use all his time to become a scholar.
Goku was never dumb in Dragon Ball or Dragon Ball Z. He was naïve but was always quick to learn new things. The dude was an orphan from the mountains who had never seen another person besides his grandma and still assimilated to living in the city and using machines and capsules and such.
Goku's power level is famously both 8,000 (in the original Japanese) and 9,000 (in the iconic English dub) during the Vegeta Saga, a difference caused by a translation choice that created the legendary meme, though in the story, Vegeta declares it's "over 8,000" or "over 9,000" when Goku powers up for his fight. While Goku's base level was around 8,000 (or 5,000 suppressed), his true power was much higher with techniques like Kaio-ken, exceeding these early readings significantly.
No, Gotenks is not 100% Saiyan; he's a Hybrid Saiyan, a fusion of two half-Saiyan boys (Goten and Trunks), making him an Earthling-Saiyan hybrid, just like his components, but with doubled potential. He's considered a Hybrid Saiyan because he inherits human DNA from his mothers (Chi-Chi and Bulma), not full Saiyan lineage, which is why he's in the "Hybrid Saiyan" category in games like Dokkan Battle, not "Pure Saiyan".
In response to Nappa's query about Goku's power level, Vegeta yells: "It's over nine thousand!", crushing his scouter in his fist. In the original Japanese version of the scene, and most versions subbed in languages other than English, Vegeta actually says "It's over 8000!".
So while Super Saiyan Blue is stronger than Super Saiyan god from the first arc, Super Saiyan god has more potential. It has been said that a user of the form god-like saiyan, if they go Super Saiyan while using the technique, the automatically ascend to Super Saiyan Blue.
She was conceived by Toei Animation for the Tournament of Power, inspired by the popular movie character Broly, also known as the Legendary Super Saiyan.
Be prepared for spoilers down the line as well as seeing your childhood hero in a not so positive light.
Broly has 3 different personalities. The base form is based around apathy and depression. The second form is based around hysteria and wrath. The legendary form is based around the disorders of the first two forms plus delusional thinking and sadism.
