The One Above All was one of the many victims of Thanos in his eternal quest to please Death. He was obliterated along his fellow Celestials by Thanos when he stabbed Black Bolt to death in order to use his destructive voice as weapon.
In one of the most gruesome scenes in the MCU, Black Bolt was the first to die when the Illuminati faced off against the Scarlet Witch. His powerful voice was turned against him when Wanda used her magic to erase his mouth, and Black Bolt's horrified scream blew up his own head.
It is not hard to conclude that Doctor Strange would be one of the most capable heroes to take on Wanda in a fight, given his expertise in the mystic arts.
The power of the Scarlet Witch is such that even gods from various comic stories would struggle to battle her at the height of her abilities.
Scarlet Witch's most important aspect in this fight is that she has the ability to defeat Superman. He is not impervious to magic, so her hits will damage him.
What if Black Bolt screamed at Wanda? In Doctor Strange 2, Black Bolt's mouth was removed by Scarlet Witch. Panicked, Black Bolt tied to speak, causing his brain to implode from the power of his own voice, which was still destructive as ever. However, Black Bolt would likely have annihilated Wanda with a single word.
Scarlet Witch's incredible abilities could prove to be more than a match for Shazam's magical powers. While she wouldn't be able to match up with his physical strength, Scarlet Witch could use her probability-altering hex to disrupt his magic or trip him up in the middle of a battle.
Even though Wanda's villainous turn shocked many, she held nothing back as she forced Black Bolt into one of the most brutal moments in MCU history by blowing his own brain out.
However, the Inhuman Black Bolt has proven to be an excellent Hulk-stopper with his powerful scream, which he can summon simply by speaking. While the pair have fought a handful of times, Black Bolt's power advantage was never more apparent than when he singlehandedly stopped a raging Hulk with one word.
Aquaman has Black Bolt beat when it comes to strength, but that's the only place. Black Bolt is faster and more mobile, but he's going to realize that there's not much he can do against Aquaman without his powers. He'd have to hit the Atlantean with a powerful blast, but that would be that.
Stopping at the moon, the Hulk defeats Inhuman king Black Bolt. The Hulk proceeds to Manhattan, New York where he demands the presence of The Illuminati.
While he may not have any superhuman abilities, Hawkeye is a crucial member of the team and one of the Avengers who can beat the Scarlet Witch.
However, things could go the other way around too, with the red superhero throwing Scarlet Witch off her game with his words and getting the best of her. That being said, the latter's powers are beyond the merc's control, so it's safe to say Wanda will take down Deadpool with The Darkhold.
This revelation sheds light on how Wanda uses her powers, and she needs her sense of sight to control her hexes. If there's one superhero who can totally beat her, it would be Spider-Man. Remember when the Webslinger covered his foe's entire face with his web? That is one of his signature moves!
