Learning. Mastering Avada Kedavra is a very hard job. The killing curse is one of the hardest of all spells to learn and can only be perfected by very powerful witches and wizards. There is no particular way to say the curse, although you must cast it in a particular way.
Its basically taboo. In the magical world, using one of the three unforgivable curses is the worst possible thing a person could do, and avada kedavra's the worst of them. Nobody half decent would use avada kedavra, and the people who were ready to use the spell were all on voldemort's side anyway.
The only real downside to using Avada Kedavra in Hogwarts Legacy is that it makes no sense in relation to the game's protagonist. Based on the way the fifth-year character acts throughout the story, some unsavory actions and dialogue may start to seem over-the-top or out of place.
Though Harry encountered many opportunities that deemed Avada Kedavra necessary, it remains as one of the Unforgivable Curses Harry Potter never cast. For one, he viewed the spell as an immoral practice commonly used by users of the Dark Arts.
Avada Kedavra- Requirements
In order to be able to unlock In the Shadow of Relics, you need to be a minimum of Level 28. Now that isn't even a requirement for finishing off the final boss of the main story.
If you decide against learning Avada Kedavra from Sebastian, that's not the last chance you'll get to learn or use the spell. Once you return to the castle, you can visit Sebastian in the Undercroft in the Defence Against the Dark Arts tower, and ask to learn about it.

Hogwarts Legacy's Ranrok Dragon is Technically Not 'Alive'
Ranrok absorbs this swirling crimson substance and becomes the Ranrok Dragon that players then fight as Hogwarts Legacy's final boss, but because it is composed of magic and adorned in what looks like metal or stone, Avada Kedavra is not effective on it at all.

Likewise, players cannot use Avada Kedavra on the Ranrok Dragon boss. Therefore, it technically cannot be used on every boss, but is able to instantly wipe out many bosses players will come across and make late-game exploration much more lenient.
Players cannot kill professors with Avada Kedavra in Hogwarts Legacy. Professors, much like students, are off-limits when it comes to being susceptible to Unforgivable Curses like Avada Kedavra. The reason is the absence of a morality system in the narrative.

Avada Kedavra meaning
Rowling claims she created this spell out of a popular “Abra-Kadabra” saying in Aramaic which means “Let the thing be destroyed”.
Voldemort intentionally made six Horcruxes, but when he used Avada Kedavra on Harry, he unintentionally created a seventh Horcrux. Instead of dying, Lily's love for Harry created a counter 'curse' known as Sacrificial Protection and saved Harry.
Using the highly advanced art of spell creation, Voldemort was able to create four spells/magical items unique to him alone. These included being able to fly under his own power, creating the infamous drink of despair, the rudimentary body potion, and morsmordre.

In the first movie the the scene of the troll you can see that snape has a bleeding leg, why? Snape was bitten by Fluffy the three headed dog. When Troll was released, he went to make sure that no one was after the stone as everyone was distracted by the troll.
Snape was born to Eileen Prince, a witch, and Tobias Snape, a Muggle, making him a half-blood (hence the name, "Half-Blood Prince"). This is rare for a Death Eater, as remarked in the last book, though Voldemort himself also had a Muggle father.
