During his time as the Number One Hero, All Might fought All For One twice and managed to defeat him during both encounters. Without a doubt, he's far stronger than Izuku Midoriya.
Deku, especially, is closing on his peak and has awakened powers that fans never expected him to possess. He is someone worthy of being considered as the strongest hero already and still has more room left to grow. In the Final War arc, Izuku Midoriya has gained several new powers.
The power of Rimuru is immense, only topped by the likes of Milim the demon lord. Rimuru is not just stronger than Deku, but even Endeavor, My Hero Academia's current Number 1 Hero, would lose to him.
Full Cowl at 100% dramatically increases all of Izuku's abilities, granting him strength and speed that rival that of All Might, and the ability to move through mid-air using wind pressure. At 100%, Izuku completely outmatched Overhaul in his final form.
The battle between Sasuke and Deku would be quite an easy one; by the end of the series, Sasuke becomes even more powerful than the God-like Madara Uchiha. Sasuke will outmatch Deku in terms of agility, and, when it comes to raw strength, Deku will get demolished. Of course, Sasuke also has his Gen-Jutsu!
A lot about One For All doesn't make a lot of sense, though. Goku's power level at the first rank of Super Saiyan blows Deku's cowling away already granting Goku about 5o times his base power and with no real risk to Goku's body.
It's impossible to ignore, considering his potential, when talking about strength. Moreover, Deku's quirk, "One For All", inherited from All Might himself, naturally secures his spot as the strongest in his class.
Even his 100% punch isn't enough against the guy. Then in a last minute effort after the water boy distracts the muscle guy with his power, Deku turns his power up to a million percent.
As of now, Deku has access to seven Quirks, namely One For All, Transmission, Fa Jin, Danger Sense, Blackwhip, Smokescreen, and Float. The basic gist of all these powers is that they all come from the previous One For All users, with their abilities becoming stronger throughout the generations.
The fact that Endeavor's self-doubting conscience therefore tries to tear him down by saying that he'll never be like All Might, but Deku proves that Endeavor believes that Deku has already succeeded All Might.
Dabi is more akin to a squishy wizard than a bulky warrior in My Hero Academia. Deku's best shot is to fly towards Dabi at high speeds and land a devastating punch. Therefore, he cannot let the battle go on for too long.
Deku's final quirk is known as 'gearshift'. It's a quirk that is activated via physical contact. It allows the user to change the velocity of anything they touch, meaning they can spontaneously slow things down, or speed things up.
The man that would be known as Nine was born with a Quirk that allowed him to control and manipulate the weather around him. His Quirk was immensely powerful and was viewed as a god-like ability. At the same time though, Nine was one of the many who felt outcasted in society and believed that it should not be this way.
According to Deku's mother, the inherited quirk Deku should've naturally received would've either been his father's quirk, breathing fire, or her own ability to levitate small objects.
His overall limit increased to 8% after inventing One For All: Full Cowl - Shoot Style and fighting with Katsuki. Izuku can freely adjust the percentage of One For All at any time, but going over his limit will cause damage to his body.
During the Quirk Apprehension Test, he demonstrated a grip strength of 56 kilograms and the ability to run the 50-meter dash in 7.02 seconds (15.93 mph/25.64 kph). Even after these events, Deku diligently trains his muscles every day and becomes physically stronger throughout the series.
In order to try to protect people, Izuku left UA and is working with All Might and an elite squadron of heroes as he goes through his Batman phase—better known to fans as Dark Deku.
Tail (Mashirao Ojiro)
The worst quirk in class belongs to Mashiro Ojiro. His power is tail, and that's everything you need to know. He has a relatively strong tail, allowing him to pack an extra punch in hand-to-hand combat. He can also use it to swing around, similar to a capuchin monkey!
Who is the richest student in 1-A ? Momo has this one in the bag. At least going by feats, she's the only character who's shown to possess significant enough material wealth to be distinguishable (in those terms.) from the other rich students.
Tanjiro would win, because Deku have no way of killing Tanjiro. Deku may be stronger but in the end Tanjiro would win by stamina or landing a hit at Deku, which have poison that would kill Deku.
1 LOSE AGAINST: Superman
In all likelihood, a fight between Deku and Superman would be over almost before it has even started, with Superman ending the fight in the blink of an eye.
midoriya is beyond weak compared to luffy and who luffy has fought and beaten. He wouldn't be able to hurt luffy he would just break his own bones and then take a light smack and be out for awhile.
