Bertolt Hoover
Bertolt has been in love with Annie since they were children, and both were Warriors from Marley alongside Reiner. It's unknown if Annie knows about Bertolt's feeling towards her.
Assuming you meant a formerly-male Titan eating a Female Titan Shifter … Then he would emerge from his Titan as a Female Titan Shifter of his own. His new Titan form would be a Female Titan, breasts and all, with only stuff like facial features and hair color changing. His human body would be unchanged.
We know that a titan shifter contains enough spinal fluid to distribute their powers to at least 3 people (although this might vary person to person). So if Maria, Rose, and Sina each had 3 people evenly consume their spinal fluid, there would be nine shifters (each holding ~1/9 of Ymir's power).
Pieck's Cart Titan is arguably the weakest of the Nine, but it comes with several advantages. Unlike its eight brethren, the Cart Titan walks on all four legs, making it an excellent method of transport. Pieck often has large structures attached to her back, which carry both people and weapons.

In the Junior High anime it is heavily implied that Annie has a crush on Eren and the two of them bond over their shared love for cheese burger steak.

Founding Titan
Founding Titan is the first and the strongest Titan of all the nine. If the Founding Titan is someone from Royal Bloodline, then it will possess limitless power. Eren Yeager was not someone of royal blood that's why he asked for Zeke's help to use the Founding Titan to its fullest.
As we saw in Season 1, Levi was barely able to retrieve Eren from Annie, and he wasn't able to defeat Annie in battle.
