In terms of sister sizes, yes size 34B and size 32C is bra size equivalents. 34B and 32C are the same exact cup sizes, the only thing that changes is the length of the band.

If 32C fits you best then this is the perfect size bra… Nothing else would work best for you. A 32C bra has the same cup size as a 34B bra. Since the latter is the most common size (or was, before people started getting heavier), 32C isn't too big—it's normal.
