Summary. The civil war comes down to Karma challenging Nagisa on a one-on-one melee battle. Despite Karma's advantage in terms of strength, Nagisa manages to pin him down in a chokehold with full-force determination.
Abilities. Despite being one of the physically weakest of the class, Nagisa has shown to have a natural talent for assassination, as he can hide his bloodlust and his presence, and even learned the Stun Clap. The key to his assassination talents lie in his observational nature.
Fearless and always eager to fight, Karma takes better to the mission of assassination than any other classmate, with the exception of Nagisa. Physically, he is the strongest human member of Class 3-E, preferring to fight his enemies head-on.
Nagisa is a calm, collected, and friendly individual who can be exceptionally observant and circumspect of his surroundings and the situations that develop around him.
Shizuma quickly develops a crush on Nagisa, but has also been seen showing interest in other girls. Despite initially seeing Nagisa as "just one more pretty girl" to get close with, Shizuma eventually comes to see her as different.
At the Fukuma Denjo Hotel lounge, Yuji falls in love with Nagisa from afar when he infiltrates the bar with a number of girls from his class. Dressed as a woman so he doesn't look suspicious, Yuji finds Nagisa's awkwardness a desirable trait and asks him for a drink, believing him to be a love interest.
Karma is unquestionably the ace of the class. From his introduction, he's shown to be on a different level than everyone else, displayed to be a better fighter and stronger than everyone in the class.
Karma Akabane

Nagisa Shingetsu (新月 渚), leads the "Sage" Class as a member of the Warriors of Hope and is one of the instigators of Demon Hunting featured in Danganronpa Another Episode: Ultra Despair Girls. His title is the Li'l Ultimate Social Studies (超小学生級の「社会の時間」 lit. Super Elementary School Level Social Studies Period).
Nagisa Shiota (originally from Assassination Classroom) is the 10-year-old leader of Sector SA of the Nextgen Kids Next Door.
Nagisa definitely does not know what asexuality is, at least at first. He just kind of goes about his life with not much attention for love anyways. It's not his priority and as a result he also doesn't think about sex much. Literally, he is so focused on his goals he doesn't think about these things at all.
But as of right now, it seems that Kawaki's is the strongest in pure strength while Boruto's the furthest along in development.
Koro-sensei takes one final roll call, as he reminisces his great experience as a teacher. Although Nagisa shakes with his knife in hand, Koro-sensei calms him down, allowing Nagisa to deal the killing blow to the heart as Koro-sensei's body turns into light and the students then mourn.

11 Koro Sensei (Assassination Classroom)
The homeroom teacher of Class 3-E at Kunugigaoka Junior High School is capable of speeds of at least Mach 20, traveling the world for lunch on a whim.
Weaknesses: Makes mistakes if he is overconfident (In preparation for the end of semester exams, Karma adopted a lazy approach, believing he would ace the exams with no problem. As such he ignored Korosensei's concerns and did not join his classmates in study sessions.
Powers and Abilities
Due to the human experiments of producing antimatter in a living body by Shiro, Korosensei's entire appearance is of an octopus-like creature with multiple tendrils that are his tentacles. Anything aside Anti-Sensei Weapons will be immune to him.
Nagisa Shiota (潮田 渚, Shiota Nagisa) is the main human protagonist of the series. He is one of the students in Class 3-E and the series' narrator. Nagisa is seen as one of the weakest students in the class due to his small stature and mediocre physical abilities that are comparable to some of the girls in the class.
The God of Death, also known as The Reaper, is a major and the final antagonist in the Assassination Classroom series. He was a protégé of Korosensei.
The Reaper, also known as the God of Death, is the original human identity of Korosensei, the supporting protagonist of the Assassination Classroom series. He was the world's greatest assassin until his student betrayed him and stole his identity.
Korosensei decided to let her attack his main weak point, so one of the students can distract Kayano from her bloodlust. Then, Nagisa kissed Kayano to calm her bloodlust, getting 15 hits on her. After that, Kayano started to drown in her romantic feelings for him.
Karma sensed a mysterious but sinister feeling from Nagisa, but as he realized that he does not know how to deal with this (having being used to beating his problems with his fists). As a result, Karma distanced himself from Nagisa.
Artificially created from both human and Adam's DNA, Kaworu Nagisa was a secret special agent of a secret society known as SEELE, as well as the spare pilot for Evangelion Unit-02 who temporarily worked for the NERV Organization after Asuka Langley Soryu went into a comatose state.
