Mechagodzilla Has Beaten Godzilla 3 Times
Introduced in Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla, the mechanized kaiju beat Godzilla outright in Godzilla vs. Kong. His arsenal of missiles and lasers decimated Godzilla, who was almost sluggish in his attempts to fight off his attacker.
Godzilla was the actual winner of both battles between Godzilla and King Kong, but after Kong helped him defeat Mechagodzilla, Godzilla left Kong alone after the primate king dropped the ax. When Kong did that, Godzilla knew Kong was no longer a threat to him, and both seemingly accepted each other.

Being able to fly and having three heads, King Ghidorah proves to be a lot to handle and Godzilla usually needs aid from others to be able to take him down.
Hulk wins against his much bigger opponent because of his potential strength levels. The madder Hulk gets, the stronger Hulk gets and his strength has the potential to be infinite. It would only be a matter of time before he scored a big knockout punch against Godzilla.
King Ghidorah showed that Godzilla mutated from a late-surviving theropod dinosaur. The carnivore looked like the old, dumpy restorations of Tyrannosaurus from the mid-20th century, and, no surprise, the fictional dinosaur is known as Godzillasaurus.
Through more than 60 years of cinematic history, the Japanese pop culture icon has appeared in over 30 live-action movies at this point. However, he's only actually died in four of them. True to his title, Godzilla typically prevails in most of his fights - even when he's the main villain.
In “Godzilla vs Mothra”(aka “Godzilla vs the Thing”), he wasn't beaten in direct battle, as he was cocooned by two Mothra lava. In “Godzilla vs Mechagodzilla”, he lost the first battle with Mechagodzilla.
Godzilla Against Mechagodzilla
In 1954, Godzilla appeared and laid waste to Tokyo before being killed by Daisuke Serizawa's Oxygen Destroyer. In the decades that followed, Japan was frequently attacked by giant monsters, including Mothra and Gaira.
He uses his atomic breath to lift himself off the ground like a rocket and he propels himself all the way to his fleeing foe. It's the only time Godzilla has ever flown in his almost seventy-year cinematic history, and it's fitting that it happens in the weirdest film in the entire franchise.
Godzilla Earth is also the heaviest Godzilla incarnation at 100,000 metric tons, surpassing the 92,000 metric ton weight of Shin Godzilla's fourth form and the Monsterverse Godzilla's 99,634 ton weight in Godzilla: King of the Monsters.
Godzilla Earth's Few Weaknesses
Godzilla's biggest weakness is his own atomic breath. This was demonstrated when Mothra used her scales to reflect Godzilla's atomic breath back at him, forcing him to retreat.
This is incredible considering Godzilla weighs 90,000 tons while Mechagodzilla weighs over 150,000 tons. Strength-wise alone, Godzilla would overpower Thor.
Powers. Atomic Fire Breath: Best recognized as his signature weapon, Godzilla is able to expel a deadly nuclear blast from his mouth. The blast is powerful enough to create large-scale explosions, destroy cities and set entire forests ablaze.

KING GHIDORAH
Perhaps Godzilla's greatest opponent and arch enemy, Ghidorah is a space dragon born from a meteor that crashed into Japan. He is so strong that he cannot be taken down by one monster alone; Godzilla, Mothra, and a third kaiju, Rodan, must team up to defeat him.
Godzilla often faces some of the world's strongest and strangest monsters, but one comic saw the King of Monsters square off against God and Satan. While Godzilla has had many wild adventures in film, nothing can top the comic book series where the King of Monsters kills both God and Satan.
The saltwater crocodile has the strongest bite of any reptile, with a force of 3,700 PSI, making it one of the deadliest animals in the world. Saltwater crocs are responsible for 3,000-5,000 human deaths each year.
