Tsunade's tenure as Hokage is fairly easy to pin down. She was appointed in the second half of Part 1 and remained in the role until her retirement at the end of the Fourth Shinobi World War. This puts her reign as Hokage at around 4–5 years.
Hiruzen Sarutobi was the Third Hokage of Konoha and the longest serving Hokage.
That means the average reign time period was about 13.5 years.
Kakashi was the hokage for atleast ten years. After the 4th great ninja war, he was appointed as the Hokage and at that time Naruto was 16 years old. In 'Naruto: The last' movie the time skip was of 2–3 years in which he was still the Hokage.
The Fifth Hokage, Tsunade was instrumental during a time period when Konoha needed a leader. She was 55 during the second half of Naruto, which would make her actually 70 years old in Boruto.
Despite his many feats and great potential, Minato also holds the dubious distinction of being the shortest tenured Hokage in the series. Serving approximately just 10 months to a year and a half as Hokage, Minato was killed during the Nine-Tails Attack on Konoha.

Hiruzen Sarutobi - Third Hokage
After Minato's death, Hiruzen took up the Hokage office again, dying in battle against Orochimaru during the invasion of Konoha in one of the anime's most rewatchable episodes.
Minato Namikaze - 23 Years Old
Even though it's unknown when the exact Minato appointed as a Hokage, but according to a guide (which probably limited) stated that he died at the age of 24 years old.

Kaguya ruled without any resistance until her sons rebelled against her. The fight between them lasted for a very long time, and eventually, her two sons managed to see her away forever. There is no doubt that Kaguya is the oldest character in the Naruto series.
1 Naruto Uzumaki
Naruto Uzumaki, the Seventh Hokage of the Hidden Leaf Village, is without a doubt the most powerful shinobi to hold the title. Although his earliest years as a ninja were unimpressive, he slowly but surely built more strength and skill through sheer will and determination.
All things considered, Tsunade Senju is certainly the weakest Hokage age in the Naruto series as not only is she the weakest of all the Sannin but is also way beyond her best days during her time as the Hokage.
The first Hokage, Hashirama, was also the tallest at 185.1 cm (~6 ft 1 in). Hashirama's brother, the Second Hokage, Tobirama, was the second tallest at 182.3 cm (~6 ft), followed by the fourth Hokage, Minato. Third Hokage Hiruzen ties Tsunade for shortest Hokage at 163.1 cm.

13 Kakashi Hatake
Throughout the first part of the show, Kakashi is between 26 and 27 years old, while he goes from 29 to 31 years old in the second anime series. In Naruto, Kakashi is tasked with leading and training Team 7, and there is no other shinobi better suited for the job.
According to fans, Kakashi has aged but is not that slow, inactive type to show in his body. Even in real life, we do have people who don't look the age just because they have good genes and because they keep themselves fit.
During his lifetime, Hashirama Senju was never defeated and no person managed to surpass him. Hashirama was armed with the incredible Wood Release, which is one of the strongest Kekkei Genkai in existence. It allowed him to tame tailed beasts and crush a full-body Susanoo.
