Venom and Eddie Brock have one child together in the comics, a son named Dylan Brock, who inherited the symbiote and bonded with it after Eddie defeated Knull, becoming a new kind of hero. While Venom has many symbiote "siblings" and offspring in the larger symbiote family tree (like Carnage, Riot, etc.), Dylan is the direct offspring of Eddie and Venom's unique bond, according to a Sideshow blog post.
While captive, the Venom symbiote was forced to give birth to five offspring - Riot, Lasher, Phage, Agony, and Scream - who were bonded to PMCs hired by the Life Foundation.
His mother is Anne Weying who was mysteriously pregnant when she was bonded with the Venom symbiote, and became mentally and physically connected with Eddie. VENOM (2019) #12.

Just as she was about to use the weapon on herself, her planet-eating father, Galactus, appeared and shared his far vaster cosmic awareness with her and helped her realize she had misidentified the parasite and she was in fact pregnant and she had spontaneously generated in him in the same manner.

The Life Foundation's Symbiotes
During VENOM: LETHAL PROTECTOR (1993), the titular symbiote headed to the West Coast to turn over a new leaf. During that time, the Life Foundation captured Venom and forcibly spawned five symbiotes. These symbiotes were Scream, Agony, Phage, Riot, and Lasher.
The 64-year-old shares his children with five women. He welcomed his oldest child, son Eric, with his then-girlfriend Paulette McNeely. Eddie Murphy also shares five children with his ex-wife, Nicole Mitchell: Bria, Myles, Shayne, Zola and Bella.
As a result, Carnage is far more violent, powerful, and deadly than Venom. Kasady and the symbiote would then be the main antagonist in "Maximum Carnage" and Kasady would continually be the most recurring character to use the Carnage symbiote in many publications.

During a confrontation in a cathedral between the Venom and Carnage symbiotes, Mulligan was apparently killed by Barrison. However, he absorbs a piece of Carnage, which later revives him and causes his eyes to glow blue.
