Renesmee Cullen: a vampire hybrid. A human-vampire hybrid, also known as half-vampire, vampire hybrid, half-human and half-vampire, and half-immortal, is the offspring of a female human and a male vampire.
Renesmee is a vampire and human hybrid, known as a “dhampir”, and as such she shares traits from both: her heart pumps blood and her skin slightly glows in sunlight, and though her skin is warm and soft, it's as strong as a vampire's.
As a result, she not only gains immeasurable strength and good health, but her daughter, Renesmee, is born a vampire-human hybrid. Renesmee is special, because she is not an Immortal Child, or a child that was bitten by a vampire. Instead, Renesmee is born biologically.
Seeing as she's half vampire, one would think she would age much slower than humans, since vampires can't age at all. However, poor unloved Jacob shouldn't have to wait eighteen years for his happily ever after, so Renesmee grows abnormally fast, and will magically stop aging once she reaches sexual maturity.
Unlike the rest of her vampire family, she is also able to sleep. However, as a half immortal, she will continue to grow until her full maturity at the age of about seven, at which point she will appear to be about seventeen (like her father Edward) and will cease to age (as shown by Nahuel in Breaking Dawn).

Alice was transformed by an old vampire who worked at the asylum to protect her from James, a tracker vampire who was hunting her. After some research, Alice found her grave and discovered that the date on her tombstone matches the date of her admission to the asylum.
It is implied that Renesmee's growth will slow down until it ceases at the age of seven, by which she will have the appearance of a young woman. She may be able to live for centuries minimum, if not more. Her physical growth is greatly outstripped by her mental development.
Breaking Dawn
Edward reads Renesmee's mind. Edward hears inappropriate thoughts from Mike Newton about Bella and discovers Jacob's appearance using mind reading to pick up his mind.
Renesmee got married to Jacob and made Lucina her maid of honor. In Have A Purpose, Renesmee reveals that she is pregnant. She gives birth to Evan and Sarah and appointed Lucina as the godmother to her kids.
How fast do you think she grows? In the movies she was 10. Does this mean that she will reach maturity earlier? In most fanfictions she stops aging exactly on her seventh birthday.
Members of the Quileute wolf-pack do age if they do not phase for a long time; Jacob's body has physically grown to the equivalent of a 25-year-old in Breaking Dawn but stops aging after that.
Renesmee will eventually reach an age of maturity and stop growing, just like Nahuel, but she does have some time of growing left. Vampires are not used to growing, but Renesmee's aging process is much faster than a human's.
While she prefers human blood, like all vampires, Renesmee can subsist on a "vegetarian" diet.
“Immortal Children” (a.k.a. Baby Vampires)
These are small children who have been turned into full vampires, meaning they will stay 5 years old (or 4 or 8, you pick) for the rest of their lives.

Why couldn't Edward read Bella's mind before she was a vampire? Because she aleady possessed the gift of blocking mental based powers even when she was a human. She actually inherited this gift from her father Charlie, though his was less potent according to Edward.
In Jacob's case, he imprinted on Renesmee — who he affectionately dubbed Nessie — when she was a baby, so no, it doesn't mean he's in love with her. Jacob just has a strong bond to Renesmee and is more of a protector and as she gets older, will be a best friend, someone who's there for her when she needs it.
He would most probably die depending on how severe it was. Jacob said in Eclipse that if a vampire bit him, or one of the other shape-shifter, it wouldn't kill him, but if he already had a cut of something to that affect(combined with the venom) that could be fatal.
At the end of Eclipse, she becomes engaged to Edward Cullen, and they marry in Breaking Dawn, one month prior to her 19th birthday. On their honeymoon, she becomes pregnant, and, due to the peculiar nature of her baby, Bella nearly dies giving birth to their daughter, Renesmee.
Carlisle's gift is an elevated sense of compassion that allows him to resist human blood. He is able to bite (in order to turn them) people without succumbing to the frenzy and killing them.
He explains that Carlisle, who is currently 362 years old, lived in London and was the son of a pastor who hunted witches, werewolves, and vampires. When Carlisle was twenty-three, he was chasing a vampire who turned on him and attacked. Carlisle dragged himself off and died, becoming a vampire himself.
After Bella has become a vampire, Jacob tells him about the underlying supernatural world and Bella's involvement with it, although without informing him directly that she has become a vampire. Despite the shock caused by the change, he learns to cope with it and ultimately remains a part of her new life.
