To uncensor curse words on Twitch, you need to disable your personal chat filters in your settings, either by clicking the gear icon on a stream's chat and turning off "Hide Offensive Language," or by adjusting "Content Display Preferences" in your main profile settings to allow profanity, but this only affects what you see; streamers control their own channel's server-side filtering.
Toggling Enable Filtering in Chat will enable/disable local filtering for all chat channels across Twitch. You can customize this filtering to your liking by toggling individual filters (Discrimination, Profanity, etc) on or off.
To enable chat filters:
Step 1 – When watching a live stream scroll down to the bottom of the chat then click on the Setting icons in the bottom right hand, next to the Chat button. Step 2 – Click “Chat Filters” then click the toggle so it shows a tick and turns purple.

While Twitch prohibits nudity, inappropriate attire, pornography, and certain Sexual Content, streamers are required to apply a content classification label to certain streams that contain sexual themes, listed below.
Our focus here is on sustained and prolonged activity.
Smoking a cigarette or vape while on stream wouldn't require a label, but intentionally drawing attention to the fact that you're smoking, or promoting smoking would need a label.
Click here to manage your Content Display Preferences. You can use these settings to either hide or blur content that has been labeled with Content Classification Labels (CCLs). Your Content Display Preferences can be found under your Profile settings, under Content Preferences.
